Liked the episode. So Maasisa is after the wealth, all of it. Most of the things are in her name... so even if Kanak wants a divorce, and demands alimony, isn't Uma already poor in the eyes of the law since everything already belongs to Maasisa?

Umas name is bandar Singh because massi sa literally makes him dance on her dumroo. I think you are absolutely correct about the shop! That is probably it and that's why massi sa asked Aditya to buy it through Mishri. And the spoilers saying about kalash in the KMB shop maybe that's true too.
