I feel either that scene/track is changed or may be something is yet to come she may get heart attack etc..

But the important thing to be noticed is that as per spoilers pic only Kareena is rescued by neil Maddy bua is not shown to be with her so I guess VR would have kept her kidnapped somewhere else
