The other option which is actually not possible is that Sharanya ordered flowers from Shiv's flower shop and they were just having fun being friends too but as i said, its just not possible

Vyom said both proposed each other..this is actually a hint..she proposed vyom with those flowers and that's why she is hiding them.. Other wise vyom could have said I proposed you and you accepted my proposal
