sharanya's memory loss a planned one?

considering sharanya was in love with shiv and not vyom and vyom has only placed himself at shiv's place in sharanya's past,to gain her love,looks like sharanya must have been drugged accordingly in order to have a memory loss,with rajan bedi's influence since without which vyom would not be having any place in her life...sharanya's parents may not be aware of it but they must not be in favor of shiv n sharanya relationship so they support vyom, when vyom in real may not even be sharanya's college mate but just a son of rich rajan bedi who came across sharanya n was smitten by her and was kinda obsessed of her(kinda dar srk) and is simply lying to sharanya now as per rajan's idea so that he gets sharanya and rajan the one who killed shiv but shiv may not be aware of who killed him otherwise he would have been haunting him by now, on which he would guide sharanya to find the truth.. (all this just a theory)

initially it looked like vyom is protecting sharanya from shiv but nowadays looks like shiv is protecting sharanya from vyom...myself initially pitied on vyom but after seeing his high-handedness and emotional blackmailing towards sharanya pitying on the ghost...
think at the end sharanya would kill herself and unite with shiv (or they will make shiv as still living)
