The massage/spa and even shirtless stuff is different. Actors have to do those things. It's like Salman Khan. He used to be shirtless in half his films. Baat baat pe shirt utharana type! LOL But when you look at his movies he has never kissed onscreen. He's quite conservative like that. Even though in his life he's had many GF's, he has not been bold in that way on screen. That is one of the reasons he appeals to the masses the way he does. There is something wholesome about Bhaijaan even when he's one of the most controversial figures in BW with cases against him and eternal bachelor status!
So if you go by that principle, Zain being shy to kiss onscreen and generally shy about love scenes is totally believable. Also how much clothes you are wearing has no direct correlation to how shy you are, or really denote any real Boldness. Kapada aur character dono alag cheez hai. That is why people assume women in short skirts are characterless lekin aisa kuch hota nahi! Character aapne parvarish se athi hai, aur karapa jo bhi ho, fitrat nahi badalti!
So short answer is No. Zain seems shy RE love scenes or lets say intimate scenes were kissing and touching are involved. Hope he kisses her cheek, but kissing on the lips toh hone se raha! LOL. That first time when they were shooting those scenes in the Condo, and Zain gave an interview about Neil gifting Avni a gown, he was blushing, aur maine Legit socha it was a nightie or lingerie. But it WAS a gown! LOL
