So guys, if you have followed my story from the beginning, you already know that Gauri is very young, closer to Rudy's age, maybe younger like 22. In her short life, all she had was hardship, she had to be responsible and grow up pretty quickly. Although she had a mom, Gauri had to take care of her as she was unwell, rather than the other way round. So Gauri never got to throw tantrums and be a kid with anyone in earnest. Now that she is in OM, and everyone loves her so much, I wanted her to be free and express, I wanted to write something on the note that she can do zid' now with people who love her what do you think?
And I love ShivRi' bond too much Shivaay was the first person to gauge Gauri's innocence and her love for Omkara, that's why he played such a huge part in the Bareilly track kidnapping tak pahunch gaya
Aankhon ki Gustakhiyan Season III Berlin Chapter
Part 1
Gauri was unwell, she had been crying from the past one hour, with Omkara trying everything possible to console her. He remembered the past week's occurrences. He had been invited to Berlin for a training course he had applied months ago and also for an award he was getting from the Arts Foundation of Germany. He had close ties with the country; he had studied there and had made frequent trips for exhibitions etc. The invitation had arrived a week ago. At first, Omkara didn't want to go, to part with his chiraiya for so long, but Gauri convinced him that he should not disappoint his friends and colleagues in Germany. Reluctantly Omkara had agreed and booked his ticket.
But now that the day was drawing nearer for his trip, and it was becoming more and more real for Gauri, she was anxious. She didn't know how she was going to cope one full month without her Jatadhari! Previously she had said yes very bravely, after all she didn't want him to lose this opportunity because of her, but now she was unsure. As the day drew nearer for him to leave, she had started packing his stuff, she was feeling restless. She didn't know what could be done about this, so she kept quiet without confiding in anyone. She also didn't want Omkara to postpone his plans because of her or feel unsettled when he went on his trip and she didn't want to trouble other members of the family with her selfish needs.
Now that Omkara was due to leave next day in the evening, she had become unwell the previous night just stressing about it all. Omkara had tried to get it out of her, what was it that was troubling her, but she refused to say anything, she just burst into tears when he embraced her. Gauri, what is it, tell me' pleaded Omkara. But she just kept on crying. She was in his arms and he was trying to kiss her tears off, Jaan, please don't cry, I cant see you like this.' pleaded Omkara with tears brimming in his eyes as well by now.
Dejected and worried, Omkara picked up the intercom,' Shivaay, Gauri kuch pareshan lag rahi hain, mere room mein aa ja please.'
In less than 2 mins, Shivaay and Anika were in Rikara's room, as soon as Gauri saw Shivaay ,she went and hugged him, Bade Bhaiyya' and kept crying. Gauri, kya hua, apne Bade bhaiya ko nahin bataogi?' Shivaay was worried. Rudra also heard the commotion and entered the room, what is going on? asked Rudra.
Omkara was pacing up and down the room with a very worried look, Gauri was crying sandwiched between Shivaay who was embracing her and Anika was on the other side, wiping her tears and kissing her hair.
Gauru, please tell your bhaujai, what happened? Did Om tell you something? Wait, main abhi uski khabar leti hoon' quipped Anika.
Chul Bhabhi, chill karo, what happened? Chalo, let's go for a drive and ice-cream party' said Rudra. But Gauri was inconsolable.
Ok, everyone, just keep quiet, let Gauri speak, bolo bachcha, do you need something?' said Shivaay' I am here, I promise, I will make everything all right'.
Woh, Bade bhaiya'
Haan, bolo'
Woh, Omkara is going to Germany for a month, how will I stay one month without seeing him? I will miss him.' said Gauri between sobs.
Awww' was a response from all present in unison, except Omkara who was happy and sad at the same time. Happy since she had decided to put the brave front she had donned previously aside and admit that she will miss him and sad because he knew that he will miss her more than anything.
Bas, for this you were crying? hmm, let me see. Do you want to go with him to Berlin?' Shivaay queried
Gauri was thinking, they had thought about this possibility once, when Omkara had asked her, but she put up a brave face, made excuses about her studies and refused. Then there was Divya Ma, it would be rude to leave when she was there to teach her.
Divya Ma was mentioning that she wanted to visit the ashram this month for a retreat she attends every year, she wanted to go for longer but I requested her to cut short the visit for your studies. With Omkara gone, I thought you would want to keep yourself distracted with your studies. But if you want to go to Berlin, this will be perfect, Divya will get to go for her retreat and you can accompany Om to Berlin. Would you like that?' Shivaay asked.
That was a ray of hope for Omkara, he hoped Gauri would say yes. Although he wanted to take her with him ever since he agreed to go, but he also wanted her to make that choice.
Sachchi, is that ok Bhaiya? I will promise Divya Ma that I will continue with my studies in Berlin' Gauri's eyes suddenly lit up.
Noticing that their old chirpy Gauri was returning back, everyone relaxed, Anika was happy, Rudra was smirking (another reason to tease O and Chul Bhabhi, he thought to himself) and Shivaay was relieved.
So it's settled. Om, give me your ticket' ordered Shivaay
Omkara happily obliged and put his air ticket in Shivaay's hands. Shivaay tore it.
Gauri looked shocked,' Bade Bhaiya, yeh kya kiya aapne?'
Don't worry, I will get you both new tickets, it will take one day to arrange your visa etc. Gauri, I know the German Ambassador in Delhi, I will contact him tmrw morning, but you will not be able to fly tomorrow. I will book a flight for day after. Om, inform the Foundation that you will be arriving one day late' stated Shivaay
Yes sir' Omkara announced, all too proud of his bro and very happy, now that his chiraiya was going with him.
Bade bhaiya, thank you so much' Gauri hugged him with a 1000 watt smile. Shivaay had earned the reward for his hard work already and he smiled back, Anything for you, just promise us you won't cry over such trivial matters ever again and spoil your health, just come talk to us' he looked at Anika and ordered Gauri.
Anika touched Gauri's chin, still wiping her tears and hugged her, Are you ok now Gauru? I will miss you, but we will talk on the phone everyday' she said kissing her forehead.
Gaur se dekho is ladki ko, everyone, pay attention to Chul Bhabhi, who is the kid of the house now?' Rudra was amused .He wasn't going to leave any opportunity to tease his crime-partner, was he?
Gauri made a sullen face and looked at Shivaay who still had his arm around her.
That's because she is, Rudy, I will not allow anyone to tease my little sis' stated Shivaay.
Gauri looked at Rudy with a victory smile, and Rudy looked back at his cute Bhabhi, they hi-5'ved, Koi nahin, main badla loonga, come back from Berlin, then see' Rudy joked.
Omkara watched all this from a distance. The happiness he was feeling right now had no bounds, the banter between four of his most favourite' people was adorable and now he had the added joy of being with Gauri in Germany!
Oh man!' it dawned on him,' just me and her, finally!', and smiled ecstatically.
