Sherlyn and her Ex

If Sherlyn and Prithvi love each other then why are they divorced? And why is Sherlyn marrying Rishab? Is it because of money or what? And what about 'their past'? Why don't these two just marry each other again and leave others in peace.

I think they were married and then prithvi came up with this big plan of destroying the Luthras or something and for that he needed to divorce Sherlin and get her married to Rishabh.. Their parents don't know any of their planning since they keep mentioning how they need to hide from their parents.. Now what they want and why they're doing all this is still uncertain

Yes, this may be the case. But I think Sherlyn's mom knows about Prithvi since in one of the previous episodes they were having some conversation about her past. And the way Sherlyn was talking to her I doubt if she is her real mom.😕 Or maybe not.🤔😆

To me the whole is similar to KB's Tanu - Nikhil track. Some changes but still the resemblance is striking. All Ekta's plots and track are like that. downright stupid.

Side note: How did Prithvi's parents not recognize Sherlyn?
