Uma surely doesn't have any clue about Massisa. He don't even has single percentage of doubt on Massisa or Palomi.

Uma as person who fell in love with Kanak from the day he sensed her and beliefs her as wife given by his god. He wants his love Kanak to stay with him respecting all his beliefs and Massisa's words.

Knowing the consequences everytime when Kanak raises her voice, he feels really sad. Even when Kanak was accepting Massisa 24hrs challenge in Aditya finding, Uma was looking at Kanak with a 'why Kanak? why do you want to walk away from me so soon' look.

He is not expressing his love, pain or sadness to Kanak as he feels men expressing emotion is adharam. His dharam allows to express anger only. that is what he is expressing too.
