Sitakshi I have said this before. You really wouldn't understand why we have a negative view of this show. As Delia rightly pointed out, we have been watching this show for a really long time. Even post leap this was good. Like really good. The downhill journey began when Raj turned abusive. And that was way before the RajPreet wedding.
You say quit watching this show? I don't know about others but I personally endure this show only for the forum members. They have become friends now. And don't want to loose these people now that I have found them.
Coming back to the show. You know we do agree that Neel and Farnaz make an adorable pair. But the show and the story has become irritating now. A mother plotting against her own daughter? A mother teaming up with the man who tried to rape her daughter? Oops! I mean daughters. Coz his intentions towards Simmi were not at all noble. A mother listening to the man who had previously sold off her kids in the slave market? A woman who supposedly had tons of self respect, begging in front of those people who had insulted her multiple times. How can a mother herself want to get her mentally unstable girl married? How can a mother keep her daughter hidden and deny her any kind of treatment? Isn't that inhuman? A woman, who started off as a lady whose sole aim was peace and so she brought up her daughter as her son. Now she has become a power hungry authority loving woman, who failed to understand what each of her daughters were going through.
She forced Gunjan to marry Aman, she accused Mannu of being jealous of Gunjan instead of understanding what exactly she must have been going through. She never really understood Simmi.
God this rambling will go on for hours. But you get the drift. Even their cute pairing is not enough to save the show now.
