Since Narottam is Baldev's son, he has every right to claim his ancestral properties. Nobody can deny the blood relation even he is naajaayis or whatever. I can convince myself that Narottam is not eligible to take over the business or to be a waaris etc., only when he is not capable of doing so. But till then Narottam has equal rights.
