What is actually the TRP scale???? What are we measuring it against???? What is the maximum??

There's no maximum. You can look up how it's calculated because I don't know but TRP means Television Rating Points. If other shows in the same timeslot have significantly higher TRPs, as is the case with Waaris, it's bad news.
