Next morning Raman opened his eyes feeling ishita's weight for himself. He smiled seeing her sleeping almost into him, he softly pecked her temple and make her sleep on the pillow. He combed her messy hair with his fingers and tucked her hair behind her ear showing her face. She was looking too innocent, just like a baby. Raman smiled seeing her and kissed her hair again. She stirred in sleep and slept again hugging him tight.
Raman -tu soch bhi nahi sakti, how much I love u and how happy I am seeing u near to me, in my arms. Tujhe aise sukoon se meri baahon mein sote dekhna kitni thandak deta hai mujhe, u can't even think. He said and took her in a tight hug. He showered her face with numerous kisses and finally get out of the bed kissing her lips. He went to the washroom to freshen up.
After an hour, he came out all fresh only to see her still sleeping. He checked her and thought may be she was sleeping under the effect of medicine. He got ready wearing a crisp white shirt with black trousers and went out of the room kissing her temple again.
Raman went out and saw his parent having tea.
Raman -good morning maa, good morning papa.
His parent saw him and greeted him.
Raman -maa, breakfast de do, I have to go to office little early today.
Toshiji -mujhse kyun maang raha hai, apni biwi se maang, ab toh tu biwi wala ho gaya hai.
Raman -woh actually ishita so raho hai, may be under the effect of medicine. Kuch bana nahi hai toh thik hai I will have something in the office. He said getting up when Mr bhalla said-here -baith jaa puttar, teri maa tujhe ched rahi hai. Apne puttar ke liye paranthe toh kab se bana chuki hai.
Raman look at Toshiji and she just smiled saying -i just bring it. She said and went to bring breakfast for him.
Raman -papa,maa is alright naa.
Mr bhalla -yes I have handled her, tu bata ishita puttar thik hai naa.
Raman -haan, abhi toh thik lag rahi hai.
Mr bhalla -changa, chal tu nasta kar le aur office jaa.
Raman nodded and Toshiji brought breakfast for him which he had and soon he went to his office taking his bike.
Mr and Mrs bhalla took at each other and toshiji said -its ten, aapki bahu abhi tak nahi uthi.
Mr bhalla -she wasn't well yesterday. Let her sleep.
Toshiji -but aaj uska sasural mein pehla din hai.
Mr bhalla -sasural mein nahi apne naye ghar mein. Toshiji I want u to take utmost care of her. Woh bade ghar ki ladki hai, ho sakta usse yeh rasmo riwaaz yaa phir khana banana nahi aata ho. Toh aapki bahut patience se deal karna hoga usse.
Toshiji -aap kya chahte hai mujhse bhalla ji.
Mr bhalla -i want u to become a mother in law, like u always wanted. Bas itna kar lijiye, baaki ishita adjust kar legi. Bachchi hai woh Toshiji, we have seen her since long. Usne humse kabhi kharab se baat nahi ki, Hume disrespect nahi kiya, toh hume bhi toh usse thoda time dena chahiye. I know she will be a very good daughter in law. He said and both went.
Mr bhalla -I am going out with Mr iyer, u take care of ishita, OK.
Toshiji nodded and Mr bhalla went.
On the other hand, ishita got up lazily and looked around. She couldn't recognize the dicor and thought where is she.
Ishita -yeh main Kahan hoon. She was thinking when she realised she is in Raman's house and today is the first day after her marriage. She looked at the clock and got shocked seeing it's eleven.
Ishita -shit ishu, shit. Teri shaadi ke baad pehla din and u r sleeping till eleven.chal uth kar ready ho jaa. She thought and got up to get ready.she took bath and was looking for something to wear when Toshiji came and gave her a pink punjabi suit.
Ishita looked at Toshiji and said -yeh kya maa.
Toshiji -suit hai, tere paas kapde nahi hai naa, Isse pehen le. Main shaam ko raman ko keh dungi woh tere liye kapde le aayega.
Ishita -kya zarurat hai, main jaa kar amma appa ke ghar se le aaungi.
Toshiji -kyun apne parent ke ghar se kapde layegi tu, tu ab hamari responsibility hai. Raman tujhe naye kapde dila dega.
Ishita nodded saying OK while Toshiji was going giving her the clothes when ishita hold her hand and said -sorry maa, I wake up so late.
Toshiji -its OK, u r not fine. Toh abhi le liye maaf kar deti hoon. But hamesha aisa nahi chalega. OK.
Ishita nodded while Toshiji went out. Ishita wore the clothes and then braid her hair beautifully. She applied a pinch of sindoor and a small bindi. Then she went out only to see Toshiji chopping vegetables.
Ishita -main bhi karun.
Toshiji -nahi, u go and rest while I bring ur breakfast.
Ishita -nahi Aap kyun layengi. Give me I will take it myself and I don't want to rest, mujhe bhi kaam karna hai.
Toshiji -kaha naa go and rest. U r not fine to work. Jab thik ho jaogi toh Karna, I will not say anything. She said strictly making ishita nod and she went to her room.
After sometime Toshiji brought cornflakes with milk for ishita. Ishita saw her breakfast and made a dirty face.
Ishita -yeh hai breakfast mein.
Toshiji -haan, toh tumhe kya chahiye tha.
Ishita -aloo ke paranthe. aapne banaya tha naa. She said meekly.
Toshiji -achcha toh tune dekh liya tha, but sorry u can't eat that as its very oily, toh tu abhi yahin kha le.
Ishita nodded and started eating it making a dirty face. Toshiji saw this and went out, and come after sometime having a parantha with her.
Toshiji -achcha ek khane ko milega but only after finishing the cornflakes. She said making ishita very happy.
Ishita start eating the cornflakes hurriedly to eat the parantha. She start coughing when Toshiji said rubbing her back -dheere dheere khao.
Ishita nodded and had her cornflakes then Toshiji gave her parantha and medicine. She had it and Toshiji was going when ishita said -thank u maa.
Toshiji smiled and went. She got busy in her work while ishita was just resting. She was getting bored so thought to call raman.she called Raman but he didnt picked the call. She made a baby face and try to sleep but couldn't do that also. So she finally got up and went to Toshiji.
Toshiji saw her and said -tu phir aa gayi.
Ishita -i can't sleep, can I sit here.
Toshiji look at her baby face and nodded in yes. Ishita happily settled on the chair and said -main bhi help karun.
Toshiji look at her, she again made a baby face. Toshiji gave her garlic to peel. Ishita start doing it but couldn't do it. Her nail got broke, ishita made a baby face and said -nahi ho raha maa.
Toshiji nodded her head in disbelief and went to her. She teaches ishita how to do it and then ishita start doing it efficiently. She was happy being able to help Toshiji while Toshiji was smiling seeing her excitement.
Both were busy in work when ishita's phone rang.
Ishita -jarur Raman ka phone hoga, she thought and got up in a jiffy to pick the phone. She was running to her room when she banged into the vase getting herself hurt. She winced in pain, Toshiji left her work and see her standing holding her tummy.
Toshiji -kya karun main iss kudi ka. She said in frustration and hold her. She took ishita to bed and said-tu thik se kyun nahi chalti hai.
Ishita -sorry maa, woh phone baja toh mujhe lagaa raman ka hoga toh, she look down without completing the sentence. Toshiji saw the phone and said -raman ka hi hai, bata usse apni kartoot. She said and went giving the phone to ishita.
Ishita picked the phone and said -hello.
Raman -hello jaan, kaisi ho.
Ishita -I am good, Aap kaise hai kab tak aayenge. Mujhse bina mile kyun gaye. I can't even give u a good bye hug, aapne mujhe jagaya kyun nahi. She was go on asking when raman said -bas bas jaan, kitna sawaal puchogi. How will I answer, OK let's start from first, I am good, I will be back till six, u were sleeping like a chotu baby thays why u didn't wake u up and lastly I gave u a huge hug before leaving the house.
Ishita -but main toh feel nahi kar paayi naa. Aap jaldi se aa jaiye ,I am missing u bahut saara.
Raman -I am also missing u bahut saara ,I will try to come back early. Achcha tell me, nasta kiya.
Ishita -haan, corn flakes aur one Aloo ka parantha.
Raman -good, medicine li.
Ishita -yes.
Raman -very good ab bolo what u r doing.
Ishita -kuch nahi, maa kuch karne hi nahi deti. She is very loving and caring. Mujhe bahut achcha lagta raha hai unke saath. Achcha raman I wanted to ask, Aap sach mein Australia jayenge. Mujhe bhi jaana padega kya. I don't want to go leaving maa papa. Kuch aisa nahi ho sakta tha we can live here only with them.
Raman smiled hearing this and said -agar tum aisa chahti ho toh aisa ho hoga.
Ishita smiled and both talk for some more time. Then they hung the call.
Later in evening raman came home only to see ishita busy in kitchen with toshiji. Toshiji was making tea while she was just learning how to make it. Toshiji served the tea and ishita took it to Mr bhalla slowly.
Ishita served tea to Mr bhalla, he smiled and took it. Then she very slowly walked to their room and served tea to Raman.
Raman -arey wah, sanskari bahu. He said smiling.
Ishita -toh Main bhi seekh rahi hoon. Lijiye patidev ji, main chai laayi hoon.
Raman smiled and took the tea. Kept it on the side table and hugged ishita. She too hugged him and said -i missed u so much.
Raman -i too missed u alot bachcha. He said hugging her tight and planted a soft kiss on her temple.
Then raman broke the hug and took her lips in his and start kissing her slowly. she too wrapped her arms around him and start kissing him back with equal flavour. They kissed for long and then they finally broke the kiss. Ishita rested her head on his chest and said -i love u.
Raman -love u too. He said and sat to have his tea. He was having tea while ishita was going. Raman made her sit and they had some time together. Later all had their dinner and slept.
Slowly time start passing, it was more then a week to Ishra marriage. ishita was improving under their love and care while iyers were also happy seeing their daughter getting all the love.
One evening, Raman came home happily and shouted for his parent and ishita. His parent came to the hall but ishita didn't came as she was in their room resting.
Toshiji -kya hua puttar.
Raman -maa, I got the transfer, ab mujhe Australia nahi jaana hoga. I can live here with u all. He said happily making mr bhalla smile.
Mr bhalla -wow congrats puttar.aur salary.
Raman -salary thodi kam hai papa but the good thing is that ,that I will live here with u all. Isn't it great. He said happily and saw toshiji. She was looking worried.
Raman -kya hua maa, Aap khush nahi.
Toshiji -nahi puttar, I am very happy. Infact the happiest but kya ishita khush hogi.
Raman -matlab.
Toshiji -arey woh bade ghar ki ladki hai, she must have dreamed about having a luxurious life with u in Australia, Kahin usse bura naa lage that u r staying here with us.
Raman -aisa kuch nahi hai maa.i know she will be happy. She is a family girl, usse Aap logon ka saath achcha lagta hai. in fact she herself told me that she wants to stay here with u two.
Toshiji -ok then go and ask her about it. Let's see how she reacts.waise kehne aur sach mein karne mein difference hota hai. She said and Raman went inside to tell the same to ishita.
Raman entered the room and saw ishita sleeping. Raman sat next to her and said -jaan, she I am home. He said kissing her hair.
Ishita opened her eyes and said -arey raman, Aap aa gaye. Woh thodi aankh lag gayi thi.
Raman -no problem, actually I am here to tell u something.
Ishita got up and said -jee boliye.
Raman -actually I stopped my transfer to Australia. Now we r not going anywhere, we will live here only, in India with maa papa. He said in a go and waited for her response but she didn't responded.
Raman -jaan, main kuch keh raha hoon. We will stay here only, tum khush ho naa. He said breaking Ishita's trance.
Ishita hugged Raman tight and said-khush, main bahut khush hoon. Yahin toh Main chahti thi that we stay here only with maa papa, warna woh dono itne akele ho jaate, thank u raman for giving this good news. She said happily making raman sigh in relief that ishita too don't have any problem with it and his mother was thinking wrong about ishita.
