He is really good looking, one of the most handsome actor in BW, when I was kid, I had a huge crush on him, his acting wasn't bad either, he worked with almost all the A-lister actresses like DP, PC, Kareena, Ash, Preity, Kat and Kajol, he also worked on some good movies like Vaada, Dil Ka Rishta, Rajneeti and few more movies, so I was wondering why he couldn't make big in BW.

Good looking model like men who are good/average actors but not great actors can't sustain long. On top of it you need to have good screen presence and fan following. Siddharth Malhotra, Aditya Roy Kapoor seem to have a likely similar career path.
