Mahasaptah 1: You light up my world

Loved an episode completely after ages. The shorter length helps as watching almost an hour long epi was starting to feel like a chore. This is better for all parties concerned.😊 The direction, editing, dialogues, all were good. 👍🏼

Nice Shivika moments - check

Whole family in the same frame ( with Gauri in the background ) - check

Obros doing aarti ( I love this for some reason ) - check

Faltu villains out of sight - check

Rudy back to normal - check

Proper distribution of SS - check

What's not to love?

The Anivya scene was very nice and I really liked the two girls bonding and sharing their past Diwali experiences. My heart went out to Annika as she talked about how she was deprived of all things she wished for during the festival. SC is so good in these emotional scenes.👏

Rudy is back to being his old self and thank heavens for that. Please don't make him RSO again.

Shivika scenes were lovely - sweet, fun and heartwarming. And I can't believe the CVs actually showed Shivaay apologizing over the Tanya fiasco.😲 This is exactly who Shivaay is. Loving and understanding and Annika is so blessed to have a husband who goes all out to make her happy. He really wants to make the Diwali special for Annika and shower her love and happiness, starting off with fixing her chaand bracelet, to bringing her childhood back, followed by the confession. LOL at Annika gifting Laddoos (?) to Shivaay and it was doubly hilarious to see Shivaay gorging on the disaster laddoos, to spare everyone.😆 The Laddoos may have been a disaster, but it's the effort that counts, right? 😳

Dadi finally remembered her other bahu Gauri, which led to Gauri completing the lakshmi pad ritual. We got one small Rikara scene too. 😊

The only face palm moment for me was Tinky bickering over who should do the aarti. Pinky toh Pinky hai, but after all the whitewashing of Tej, aren't we past this? 😆

Even i liked it. But no one in OM bothered about SSOBtelling tanya his wife and acting normal now. Logic mata ko tho har time tai tai phis ho jat hai😆

Oh nothing to add . You summed up everything. Tinky argument was just to recreate episode 1 feels. But it was weird like just Friday tej was so white colored and he is again back to waris jaap 😆 anyways we can't get 100% in any of the IB episode 😆 and we are used to it.

Best part of the episode was the wonder,disbelief and finally happiness of Annika on seeing the chocolate fountain,doll house and the shower of toffees ! Her dream man is going to fulfil all her wishes and create happy memories for her and the wonder and awe that Annika felt was beautifully portrayed by Surbhi Chandna ❤️

The entire episode was ⭐️; every scene was top notch even though it was a bit rushed but acceptable as it was first 30 minutes after a long period of 1 hour episodes.
