The fact that so many people do not like Hina does not necessarily mean all love Arshi or are jealous of Hina's populairty. It could be because Hina Khan is actually a horrible person.

Tfs. Nothing to say, it's actually pretty clear. I cannot understand how some people still can't see the ugliness in Hina's character.
