So you saw the episode in which Ganga was in hospital. She was admitted into hospital because Rishabh her her with his car on purpose. Because of that accident, Ganga is not able to move her limbs. When somebody talks to her, then she hears but is not able to speak.
In the hospital, Tripti came with needle and liquid because she wanted to kill Ganga. That liquid was poison. But she could not inject poison into Ganga's body because Sahil reached there. Sahil did not recognize Tripti at that time because she was wearing doctor's mask and doctor's dress.
