Shaurya is marrying Nehal?

I feel that psycho girl marrying Vicky and Kaanta might put pressure into Shaurya as she is angry and she will say If you truly love Mehak then marry Nehal. Shaurya might agree only in this way as pressure never works on him, but when Mehak's name is there then it will be no other way for him, marriage might never happen, but I feel once Mehak is around and I don't think her memory will come back soon, it might take long time, but Shaurya might be sure it's Mehak and refuse to marry Nehal til he be sure it's not Mehak and there Nehal might start to turn negative and hate Mehak, thinking it's another girl and she might fell in love with Shaurya and start to hate Mehak.
