From a straightforward sight, I also felt the same. But lets see a bit differently by considering the following points:

1. Tanuja has never allowed AK to enter into Natasha's official and legal status.
2. In London, she use to handle Natasha's schooling on her own, even used to directly or indirectly restrict him from visiting her school which she continued in Mumbai too till that terrorist attack at school.
3. Just like today, she has repeatedly said to AK that Natasha is her daughter and her responsibility.
4. Above all, she knows the truth of her re-birth.

Thinking about these points seriously, now I can say that Tanuja won't accept AK's marriage proposal.
