None of the actors is getting paid for their face and how they look , coz if that was the case then alot of actors would not even be here.

If face is that important then I'd say they better join a beauty contest or whatever.

Looking handsome or pretty is an extra bonus to the acting talent that person has...but that is not the main reason why they are getting their paycheck
