Ingredients

250 gram paneer
Corn flour
Black pepper powder
garam masala
chili powder
sliced onion, sliced capsicum, sliced chilies.
finely chopped garlic and ginger
soy sauce
chili sauce
vinegar
sugar and salt



Directions

Slice the paneer in cubes and keep it aside.
Add 2 tbsp cornflour, chili powder, black pepper powder, garam masala water and salt. Add paneer cubes and mix gently.
Heat 3 tbsp oil and place the paneer cubes flip over and fry till golden and crisp. keep them aside.
In the same pan heat oil and add sliced(vertically) capsicum and sliced onions.
Add finely chopped ginger garlic and fry them.
Add chili sauce vinegar , soy sauce, tomato sauce and mix well.
In a bowl take 1/2 tbsp cornflour and mix it water. Add this mixture to thicken the sauce.
add paneer cubes and Mix well.
garnish it with coriander leaves and spring onions. Serve hot !!!
