Ishita was crying continuously when Ruhi knocked the door saying -mumma, mujhe bhi susu aayi hai, baahar ka jao.
Ishita got up hearing ruhi's voice and said -yes rooh, just coming out. Saying so she composed herself and went out after washing her face many times.
She came out and Ruhi went to washroom.
Ishita went to the mirror and said looking into it-main bhi toh khoobsurat hoon, Shagun kitni nahi toh Shagun se kam bhi nahi. Raman ne Shagun ko toh apni zindagi se nikaal diya par mujhe koi jagah nahi di. Kyun ho raha hai mere saath aisa, just because I can't conceive, mujhe subbu ne chod diya, OK I am sad for this coz he is a disgusting man. But Raman, woh toh achcha hai naa, yesterday he loved me in the most passionate yet gentle manner. I was just lost in him, aur unhe kuch yaad hi nahi. Ab kya hoga, unhe kabhi hamara saath yaad nahi hoga and I will never be his love. Shagun hamesha raman ki zindagi mein rahegi, unka pehla pyaar ban kar aur ruhi ki asli maa ban kar, aur main kya hongi, sirf naam ki biwi aur ruhi ki dusri maa. But she will be always his first love and ruhi's biological mother. Kyun Murugan aapne meri zindagi mein kuch aur nahi likha, koi aisa bandhan joh hume bhi bandhta. She said caressing her tummy when she felt two small hands around her waist.
Ishita smiled feeling ruhi's arms and said -kya chahiye mere betu ko.
Ruhi -bhookh lagi hai mumma, I am tired of doing homework, kuch banao naa. She said making ishita nod.
Ishita -kya khayega mera betu.
Ruhi -pizza.
Ishita -ok, chalo pizza banate hai.she said and both went to kitchen.
Soon ishita got busy in making pizza for Ruhi trying to forget about Raman. She so wanted to feel happy and contented with ruhi's love but the void within inside without Raman's love was making her restless. Till yesterday, she wasn't having any feeling for raman, the relationship was purely just for Ruhi. But after that passionate and love filled night, she want her relationship with raman just for them. She really want to feel loved everyday by raman, just like any normal couple.how much ever she was trying to forget their intimate moments, she was just getting goosebumps remembering his raw touches. She closed her eyes to compose herself and felt dizziness. She hold the slab and when she felt better, she washed her face many times and then served the pizza taking it out.
Ruhi start enjoying the pizza while ishita went to check her temperature as she was feeling feverish. She has 102 degree fever.
She went to her mother in law and told the same.
Ishita -mummy ji, meri tabiyat thik nahi lag rahi, halka saa bukhar bhi hai. Ruhi ko Maine pizza bana kar de diya hai. I am going to rest, Aap mujhe dinner banane samay utha dengi.
Toshiji checked her temple and said -puttar tujhe toh bahut bukhar hai,chal doctor toh dikha doon tujhe.
Ishita -maine dawa le li hai.
Toshiji-ohh main toh bhool hi gaya that u r also doctor. Chal tu aaram kar, main dekh lungi sab kuch.
Ishita nodded and went to her room. She lay down on the bed and soon she was fast asleep.
Later in evening, toshiji came to check her and went seeing her in deep slumber.
On the other hand, Raman was coming home when his eyes fell on the bar where he usually goes. He thought to go there and have few drinks.
Raman -kuch drink se thodi naa kuch hone wala hai, I think I should go. He was thinking and was turning his car towards the bar but then thought otherwise and went home taking ice-cream for them. He was feeling too happy today for the reason unknown to him. But he was really feeling happy and contented like he has conquered the world.
Lost in his thoughts, he reached home only to see Mr and Mrs bhalla were eating along with ruhi. Raman went inside happily and said -great timing, see I brought ice-cream.
His parents were surprised seeing raman home at this hour while Ruhi was just too happy.
Toshiji -arey puttar tu itni jaldi.
Raman kept the ice-cream in refrigerator and said -kyun aakhir nahi sakta kta maa. Apne ghar mein aane ke liye time dekhne ki zarurat hai kya. He said drinking water.
Toshiji -arey nahi puttar, infact we r happy that u came, hamare saath khana kha lega. Tu freshen up ho jaa, main khana serve karti hoon.
Raman nodded and said -maa, ishita kahan hai. Amma ne ghar gayi hai kya.
Toshiji -arey nahi puttar, uski tabiyat kharab hai. Subah thik se chap bhi nahi paa rahi thi, keh rahi thi ki phisal gayi hai. Aur ab bukhar hai usse.
Raman -bukhar hai, subah toh sahi thi. Kuch khaya usne maa.
Ruhi -nahi papa, main gayi thi jatane but she didn't listen to me.
Raman -ok, let me check. He said and went inside while Mr and Mrs bhalla smiled seeing Raman's concern for ishita.
Mr bhalla -i told u naa, this girl can change ur son.
Toshiji -haan bhalla ji, even I am surprised. Raman itni jaldi ghar aa gaya, woh bhi bina peeye and now he is worried for ishita.
Mr bhalla -aur woh Ruhi ke saath bhi kitni normal hai. Warna Ruhi se kaise bhaagta tha woh, all this is proving that he has forgotten that Shagun and is now accepting ishita in his life.
Toshiji folded her hand and said matarani kare aisa hi ho. Bahut saal ho gaye Maine raman ko khush nahi dekha, now I really want him happy.
Inside the room, Raman went to ishita and touched her forehead.
Raman -fever toh nahi hai ab, phir kyun so rahi hai. He thought and shaked her a little and said -ishita, ishita utho.
Ishita slowly opened her droopy eyes and looked at raman.
Raman -kya hua, Itni tabiyat kaise kharab ho gayi. U were alright when u have called me, toh achanak kya ho gaya.
Ishita tried to got up but she was feeling too weak when Raman hold her and said making her sit -u r not fine, stop being jkr. Kaise bimaar pad gayi.
Ishita smiled hearing him and said -fever aaya aur mujhse pucha, r u free to get sick. Toh Maine kaha OK and bimaar pad gayi. She said smiling making him smile too.
He shakes his head in disbelief and said -bimaar ho but faltu ke jawaab dena nahi chodogi.
Ishita -aap faltu ke sawaal puchna bandh kar dijiye main jawaab dena bandh kar dungi.
Raman -achcha baba, maan liya, meri galti.
Ishita said meekly -yaay Maine the great rkb ko hara diya. She said and start coughing.
Raman sat next to her and said caressing her back -jaan nahi hai, par yaay rkb ko hara diya kehna zaruri hai naa.
Ishita nodded and said -yes it's very essential, just like oxygen.
Raman -achcha baba, haar gaya rkb. Happy, now tell me kuch khaya hai yaa sirf bakwaas hi ki hai.
Ishita -sirf bakwaas hi ki hai. She said innocently.
Raman -achcha toh u were waiting ki kab raman aaye, tumhe jaagaye, phir plate mein khana laa kar khana khilaye. Issi ka wait kar rahi thi naa tum. He said making her look at him.
Ishita -aap sach much aisa karoge kya.
Raman -toh aur kya karun, bimaar joh padi baithi ho, I can't leave u like this naa.but keh de raha hoon, aise hamesha nahi chalega. Aise bimaar vimaar nahi padna hai, aise aiyaashi ki aadat mat daalo. I am not going to take care of u always. He was saying and was removing his tie then his shoes and socks while ishita was just looking at him without blinking her eyes.
Soon Raman went out after changing his clothes and said to toshiji -maa, mere aur ishita ka khana ek saath lagaa di, naij usse khila dunga. She is just too weak.
Toshiji nodded and served food for them. Raman was going to his room when Ruhi said -good night papa, main dadu ke saath walk par jaa rahin hoon. Then I will sleep with them as dadu has promised me to tell me a very nice story tonight.
Raman smiled and said -good night princess. Mumma ko good night bola.
Ruhi -aww bhool gayi, abhi walk se wapas aa kar bolti hoon.
Raman nodded and went to his room while Ruhi and Mr bhalla went out to walk. Toshiji and neelu got busy in cleaning the kitchen.
Raman went inside and said sitting beside ishita -chal muh khol, khana khaya jaaye. I am very hungry.
Ishita saw the plate and said -I Am feeling very bad, mere hote hue mummy ji ko saara khana banana pada.
Raman smiled hearing this and said -issi liye toh keh raha hoon, ki aisi aiyaashi ki aadat mat daalna. But for now, stop ur lecture and eat silently coz I am just too hungry to argue. He said feeding her a morsel.
Ishita had it and was looking at him when he said -aise kya ghoor rahi hai. Manta hoon handsome hoon, but tera hi hoon. U don't have to ogle at me like this. He said winking making ishita look down blushing while Raman just continued feeding her in between little chit chat and teasing.
Ishita was enjoying her time with raman while he was also feeling happy and contented being with her.
They were busy in talking when ruhi brought water for them in a tray walking very slowly conscious enough not to let them fall. She took the glasses and said keeping it on the table -papa, pani.
Ishra look at Ruhi and Raman said -arey betu aap kyun laayen, papa ke lete.
Ishita -haan betu, Aap kyun laayen.
Ruhi -kyun nahi laa sakti, jab papa aapko khana khila sakte hai toh main bhi toh pani peela sakti hoon. Main bhi toh aapko pyaar karti hoon. She said cutely making Ishra look at each other.
Then ishita look at Ruhi and said -haan betu, I know u love me. Now go and sleep.
Ruhi nodded and said -OK mumma, good night mumma. Aap naa jaldi se thik ho jao, then we have to do anything together. OK.
Ishita nodded and finally Ruhi went kissing Ishra good night.
Ishra look at each other and smiled. Then Raman continued feeding her.soon they were over with eating, Raman gave her medicine and tell her to sleep while she was just looking at him smiling.
Raman -ab so jao, ab kya do sulaun bhi main.
Ishita nodded looking at him.
Raman -this is heights, Itni care Maine kabhi Ruhi ko bhi nahi ki. He said and again sat next to her. He put her head on his chest and start patting her saying -yeh sab sirf aaj ke liye hai, iski aadat mat daalna, main bahut busy rehta hoon can't take care of u like this everyday. He was saying when he saw she was already slept.
Raman smiled seeing her sleeping peacefully in his arms and softly pecked her temple. And then he too close his eyes feeling at peace.
Next day ishita got up and saw raman sleeping next to her. She smiled seeing him and thought -i was overthinking.raman meri parwah karte hai, bas dikhana nahi chahte but he really cares for me. Main nahi jaaungi dur unse kabhi balki unke aur kareeb jaungi, unse pyaar karungi, bahut, itna ki woh bhi mujhse pyaar karne par mazboor ho jaayen. Raman bahut achche hai and I will always take care of him like he did. She said and softly pecked his temple and went to complete her daily chores.
Slowly time start passing, everything in bhalla house was getting normal ,Raman has started coming home at right time that to sober.ruhi has too started goijg to school. Ishita was also performing her every duty well. Ishra has well settled in their life, though they were not much in love but they like each other's company and many time Raman went to her clinic just to surprise her, or send flowers to her making her happy to no end.
One day, in the morning ishita was serving breakfast while everyone were eating wheh Ishita loose her balance and next moment she was in Raman's arms fainted.
All got worried and Mr bhalla called the doctor while Raman took her in their room. Soon doctor came and went inside to check ishita.
Raman and family was waiting for the doctor to came out and say something but she was taking hell lot of time.
Finally after ten minutes, she came out and Toshiji asked -kya hua ishita puttar ko, woh aise behosh kyun ho gayi.
Doc -khushkabri hai, aapki bahu maa banne wali hai.
Toshiji got shocked hearing this and said -yeh kya keh rahi hai, ishita puttar maa. Par woh toh, usse toh bachcha nahi ho sakta hai, madhu ne mujhe bola tha that ishita can never conceive , phir kaise.
Doc -u take her to my clinic, I will check her thourougly and tell u how she conceived, but for now u can rejoice as ur daughter in law is pregnant. She said smiling making Toshiji and Mr bhalla happy while Raman was standing in a corner all shocked hearing that ishita is pregnant.
Toshiji -oye balle balle bhalla ji, main dadi banne wali hoon, phir se.
Mr bhalla -aur main dada. Phir se.aur Ruhi tu, tu badi didi.He said and soon the trio start enjoying while Raman went to his room and saw ishita sitting on the bed.
She got scared seeing raman and said -raman Aap joh soch rahe hai, aisa kuch nahi hai. I can explain. She said while Raman hold her hand and took her outside. Ishita was saying that she can explain but raman was just not listening.
Mr and Mrs bhalla sat raman taking ishita somewhere and said -ishita puttar ko kahan le jaa raha hai raman.
Raman -just coming maa. He said and took her out of the house.
Seeing him taking her to subbu's house, ishita got scared and said -raman, yeh bachcha aapka hai. Pleaae mujhe ghar se mat nikaliye, subbu he saamne meri insult mat kijiye. She was pleading while Raman took her to subbu's house and ring the door bell.
Ishita was nodding in no when the door open and subbu was shocked to see Ishra there.
Subbu -ishita tum yahan,itni subah.
Raman -sirf Mrs ishita bhalla nahi aati hai, balki main bhi aaya hoon, uska husband ,Raman bhalla, actually we came to invite u in the party we r organising today in the community hall. He said making ishita and subbu look at him all confused.
Subbu -party, kis cheez ki. Koi khazana haath lag gaya kya.
Raman -khazana hi samajh lo, hamare liye toh khazana hi hai, actually my wife is pregnant, and we r going to have a baby. He said taking ishita in side hug making her shocked.she looked at Raman all shocked when Raman said -aose kya dekha rahi ho, he is ur friend naa, invite Karo. See we r inviting the whole society, Aap log bhi jaruri aaiyega, after all ur old friend ishita is expecting her first child. Celebration toh banta hai. He said and went taking ishita from there leaving a shocked subbu.
They were going back while ishita was looking continuously at Raman when he said -i know what u r thinking, tum galat nahi ho. Mujhe tum par shaq karna chahiye, but after one month of our marriage, itna toh mujhe pata chal gaya hai that my wife can never cheat anyone forget me. I don't know how it happened but I have all ears to know what happened. He said calmly making ishita surprised.
