Roshni Chopra's sister in LRL
Roshni Chopra's (Pia of Kasamh Se fame) sister Diya Chopra is entering Left Right Left as one of the six cadets to join the academy.

Roshni Chopra's (Pia of Kasamh Se fame) sister Diya Chopra is entering Left Right Left as one of the six cadets to join the academy.

Diya tells us, "I am playing the role of Vidya Saxena. My character has a lot of layers. She is very determined to work, at the same time she is very bubbly and happy go lucky so no one expected her to be a cadet one day. But circumstances compel her to enter the academy. I cannot reveal much more apart from the fact that it is a very clean character."
Diya, who was seen in another SAB show Love Story before this, says it was easier for her to say yes as she had a good working relation with them. "The other thing which excited me was the stunts and learning many things about academy. We have shot without make-up and there are not many costumes. We mostly shoot in uniform. It is exciting to learn stunts but at the same time scary too," she adds.
Diya is not taking many risks while doing stunts, as dummies and stunt men are always available on the sets. "It is like doing exercise every day and tiring also. We have to mostly shoot outside in sun and cold so it is becomes hectic sometimes. It is a very realistic show and so far I am enjoying it. The production, channel and co-actors are very nice to me," says Diya.
Does Roshni give her acting tips? "Yes she is my biggest critic but so am I. It works both ways."
Asked whether she would like to play a role similar to that of her sister's in Kasamh Se, Diya reacts, "I am too young to play such kind of roles. My sister is the best. In LRL as well there is lot of drama and emotion so I am getting a chance to show various shades of my character."
At present Diya, who has done a number of commercials, is doing only this show. The new track has retained only Gaurav Chopra as Lt Abhimanyu Rai from the older cast.
