Both films seem promising in terms of content and script. Which of the two appeal more to you? 😊 I haven't seen Saif in an interesting role in quite a while. This could be a comeback of sorts! 😉 As for Rajkummar, he doesn't ever disappoint. Quite possibly the most talented actor amongst the current generation of actors. 👍🏼

Wow these are the kind of movies i would love to watch.
Both seems different and good but voted Newton as this topic/issue has never been explored before in indian cinema as far as i know and Rajkumar Rao is very good 👏
Thanks Dazz

Both look interesting.
Saif hasn't done anything worthwhile to Watch in a long time & so
If I can, will definitely want to watch this one.
But still my vote goes to Newton, because Rajkummar Rao is a quality actor par excellence
& I believe he gives his all to whatever he chooses to act.
Not sure how the movie will perform, but the actor, I have complete faith.
Did you watch "City Lights" Dazz?

Thanks Dazz 😃

Loved the concept of both movies, something different.
Given a chance would love to watch both.
Newton takes over as it is totally new subject for me...

Interesting post, DAZZ! Thanks!!!

I feel the same way, Avani! Both films seem very interesting! 😃 I actually haven't voted in this poll because I'm finding it difficult to pick one. 😆 I really like Saif and I haven't seen him perform a worthwhile role in quite a while, but Rajkummar is known for his flair as a very promising actor. I think both films will do well, but Newton will outperform Chef. Unless you're a fan of Sallu's, the typical desi masala films are no longer working at the box office. The Indian audience is on the outlook for content and rightly so!

I'm excited to watch Saif in Chef! I hope it's able to revive his career because he's in desperate need of a favourable outcome. 😳 I haven't watched City Lights, but I really like his pairing with Pratalekha. They make an adorable couple onscreen and off. 😉 I was impressed with Rajkummar's character in Humari Adhuri Kahani and thought he was fabulous in Aligarh. Although, a huge chunk of Aligarh's success goes to Manoj for his exceptional performance in the film! 👏 I also heard that Rajkummar stole the limelight in Bareily Ki Barfi. 😊

I think it's unexplored territory as well, Ami! The plot seems very compelling. I hope the execution is as brilliant as the concept. 😊
