Do you think he must have sold it ? You know the way they show in movies that too pay the bills kidney is being sold.

So he got fainted coz of that not coz of spider

1)He lost it cuz he was injured while running away from the mob

2)He donated it to Adi

3)He sold it for money

4)He has some health problems so it needed to be removed

i thnk either its point 1 or 2.i majorly thnk whn goons were behind him he injurd & lost it

1 & 2 chances is high most probably he donated it to Adi.
