Shaurya Khanna has always been the ruthless business man till months ago, he always insulted,threatened and ran around shouting and firing them! From the initial episodes it was clear that Shaurya was never a caring and sweet employer, I remember his manager requesting him to fire her through phone instead of humiliating her infront of all!
