Here's Adhiraj, out to find evidence, and suddenly he stops when he sees this 17-year-old girl as she's washing her face and then throwing her hair around. So cliched! He stares at her just like you would expect in every show and then instead of just getting to work or leaving, he starts playing around with the smoke so he can spend some more time staring at her and only moves at the last second when she's about to fall.

I felt like I was being force-fed a romantic scenario that just appears...well let's not put the word here. What I find hilarious is that this same scenario of a young Mahima and an older ML was shown in Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke and yet it didn't appear so odd or weird there. (I used to watch that show cause my friend was a fan.)

Maybe the problem I have here is that Adhiraj already has a perfect partner in the format of his assistant/secretary. Then why do the CVs have to shove this ML-FL romance down our throat? And for that matter I still can't see Adhiraj as the ML.

CVs it's my sincere request. Don't show romance between such an odd pairing. Instead go for something different. Make it friendship. Or even Adhiraj doing everything to further his plan to destroy Lal Mahal and actually sticking to that plan. So it's not real, but fake.
