I feel after getting to know abt amol truth avni may lose hope kn love and feel guilty for putting neel lifr kn danger . This though t would stop avni from confessing her feelings for neel.She msy feel disheartened for not fulfilljng her promise abtcchanging her brother anf and would blame herself n hence would decide to movr away from neel life thinking she is risking neel life as well snd off course sweta would blame avnii for attack on neel as well

She will be heartbroken for sure! But her reaction will depend on whether his revelation is happening pre confession or post confession. If it is happening pre confession, yes what you said would probably happen since she is so insecure about herself right now and Amols truth will just add salts to her wound.
But if it is happening post confession, I think she will be heart broken but stronger to handle it since Neil would have been successful in removing that insecurity from her. She will be broken but she won't keep herself from Neil then. Instead she will support Neil in making sure that Amol gets his deserving punishment.
