I think Suraj would never know about Chakor being stabbed and thrown of that cliff by KN goons. In the precap KN realizes that Imli has witnessed him killing Chakor so he wants to kill her as well. Maybe on Monday we will witness Imli and KN joining hands. Most obviously if KN did not want anyone witnessing this he didn't want anyone to know about it.
Imli might provoke Suraj against Chakor saying that she ran away as she didn't want to marry him and show him the destroyed decorations. Chakor might also just be presumed as missing.
