Why is this forum not having a banner?

I have checked most of the forums, and the top shows are having stunner banners
But Naamkarann inspite of being in top 5 is not having any banner...
Anybody having any idea how can it be uploaded?

Exactly and guess this has to be pmed to gm thy will keep some competition n stuff and decide the best one through poll but mods of forum carry forward that but more mods too

Getting forum mod depends on forum activity too I heard

First you have to contact a Global Moderator and then they will have a banner contest for the forum, members will then have to vote for the banner they want and only then will one be uploaded
