So mani had sent divorce papers..met taneja..had business proposition..then raman called..and was about to meet him..but then they didn't meet...so mani left to get his file that he left behind at taneja's office..overheard the convo..altercation...and then he went to the car..and then he was kidnapped and lost consciousness...when he regains consciousness..he was tied up in a room..but none there for help...then the look alike made his appearance...mani was actually kidnapped by Prakash..mani is shocked out of his wits..so it was all planned...taneja doesn't know about Prakash...but Prakash knows about taneja as he runs an escort service...so Prakash was behind taneja..and wanted to use this opportunity and take away all of manis empire...lol Prakash has the hots for shagun..lol..ofcouse everyone will..
Then he left but never came back..and mani was tortured...with no food and shagun became teary eyed...So adi wanted to know how he got out
That's where param came into play...param spotted mani and saved him and brought him here...how did param end up there?..no idea or I didn't get it..

Mani doesn't know that Prakash was killed...and ishu then tells the remaining of the story..followed by raman..and everthing is revealed..
