Why can't Kekta just bring in a normal western / modern girl to be married opposite the lead
Sherlin is going to be turned into a vamp now
Her reaction today when the couples dancing was announced was very uncalled for
She comes across as rude and unnecessarily obnoxious
Why can't we just have a normal woman

I agree man! The way she acted today was different from how she was portrayed last week.
Ekta needs her boli bali female leads who are have the times taken advantage or become the "maha insaan" and let go of what they love. Like what the hell happened to new generation, strong female, go for what you want. But I should have expected this before in Ekta

^ but speaking of strong female go for what you want I see that in Shristi tho! I do also see it in Preeta when she is fighting with Karan. She doesn't back down which makes me happy from a PreeRan fan POV and from a lover of strong females POV

I feel it's gotten worse.

Honestly, I am sick of EK and Indian TV in general depicting 'modern' girls as vamps. Salwar kameez is not equal to sainthood and skirts to sinning. 🥱

W*F is this stone age thinking she keeps promoting?

I would not mind Rishabh-Sherlin but clearly, Sherlin is the Tanu of KDB.

I want Rishabh to be with a strong character who unravels the layers there are to him.

I absolutely agree with this 😡
I mean clothes dosent judge the character of a girl.
But Sherlin is just a vamp maybe another Tanu you are right , but RIshabh-Sherlin is too bad.

They have been dragging the Tanu track for 3 years , its gotten out of hand
I don't even know how long they will drag this Sherlin track
I remember in Tumse hi Ashiqui Ritika was a sweet girl who was made into a vamp out of the blue lol
How many women become psychos after getting rejected LOL

Don't we all dress ourselves to be judged mostly positively really. If we say otherwise we are hypocrites. Its very important for a man and woman to understand the social and cultural norm and the occasion and dress appropriately.Lets say a westernized Indian woman like Sherlin comes to meet a conservative family who have certain expectations from her and she comes dressed the way she did she will come across as someone who doesn't care and have no respect. Its the same thing a conservative Indian woman goes to a western church wedding in traditional Indian attire that will not go well with the crowd there. You can wear whatever you want but expecting not be judged is hypocrisy.Judging is human nature but because of your judgment you start harassing and discriminating that is unacceptable but expecting not to be judged is hypocrisy

By the way when west barely knew how to tie clothes we had majestic clothes artistic excellence and wearing sarees in stunning different ways in different regions .So let's not be ignorant about Stone Age and start thinking modern equals western.

It's not about being Stone Age or being modern
It's about the portrayal of "western" women
They always end up as vamps
I don't ever remenber seeing an Ekta lead in western attire in tv
Yes Srishti is shown to be wearing western clothes
But she is second lead with high possibility of being a negative character in future lol

But what does wearing western clothes have to do with how a person really is
Are all people who wear western clothes of questionable character / wild / party girl
