How did megha give birth without anyone knowing.

let's forget about whether Chandani is right or wrong in hiding the baby, let's forget about the character of megha which acts nowhere like a mother who lost her child. my main question is how did they pull it off? i mean megha's pregnancy. today we learnt that the baby was given to the orphanage a year ago meaning megha was pregnant before chandani's kidnap. apart from megha being too young to have come out of getting pregnant, giving birth and loosing her child unscathed how is indrani not even aware of this. she is a mother who loves her daughters(real ones anyway) so how did she miss her daughter moving around with a large belly. and if we assume that megha was sent somewhere else for that period i am pretty sure indrani should have permitted that which i don't think she will do without a really good reason, like let's say studying at a better school. but then even chandini should have been with megha to sweep the baby off from the hospital without megha realising. god!!!😕 none of this makes sense. can anyone explain this to me?

Let's assume this baby is the outcome of a love relationship. Then the boy cheated or died . The sisters plan to get a abortion or they decide to put the baby for adoption . So they manage to hide it from indrani for 3-4 months. But they need help from someone so they approach mama. Megha and shika were studying some where else, they came to the haveli recently . So she goes back there probably lives with mama and completes her pregnancy period there. She does not come home siting about studies. Since mama was with her, indrani does not think it is necessary to check on her. Only thing that Shikha also needs to be aware of the whole issue.

This seemed like a last minute back-up plan of the writer to keep the audience hooked which failed miserably!😕

Let's wait and watch,there is definetely more to the story.
