Introduction to the Characters

Gauri's family:
Gauri Chatterjee (adopted to the Virani family, manages her father Alok Chatterjee's business, with the help of her dad and brothers, is a well known business woman in Mumbai)
Tulsi Virani (Gauri's mom)
Mihir Virani (Gauri's dad)
Karan Virani (Gauri's older brother)
Eklaavya Virani (Gauri's younger brother)
Shobha Virani (Gauri's best friend/sister)

This will all make sense later

Shiv's family:

Shiv Kapoor (oldest son of the Kapoor family, but he is the only one that is not married yet, big business tycoon in both Canada and India)

The rest of Shiv's famiy is the same as ther show, except Dakhsh Chacha is still with his wife, and is a good husband.

Story starts off, as we see there is a party going on, the place is decorated very elaborately; it looks like there is a wedding function going on, as there is lots of flowers and everyone seems to be very happy and all dressed up. There is music playing and lots of people around. We zoom in to see that there is someone dancing and we can hear the music, the song that is playing is "Sanjan Ji Ghar Ahya, Dulhan Kyun Sharmai" (from Kuch Kuch Hota Hai) and the person that is dancing is none other than Gauri Chatterjee.

She is all dressed up in a very elegant (dusty rose) pink lengha with silver (black metal) embroidery. As she is dancing, unknown to her there are a few guys that looking at her from the bar. She is so into her dance that she doesn't here the whistles and comments being thrown at her. There is also another guy that can't keep his eyes off her in the distance. He was mesmerized by her, at first glance, however he didn't know who she was. She was a stranger to him; however this was not unusual as he felt like a stranger to everyone at the function, which is why he kept his distance and just watched the nights events unravel.

Part 2

Gauri runs to the stage and gets both Shobha and Vivaan up. It is then revealed that it is Vivaan's and Shobha's engagement ceremony.
Gauri: "Yeh kya, tum dono toh aisai betai hai, jaise pehli baar mil rehai hain. (Shobha blushes) Ooh hoh, dulhan toh aisai sharmati hai jaise...uh jaise....oh u know guys...ki mujhe yeh sabh kuch keh bahrai mein toh kuch atah hi nahin."
Vivaan: "We know Gauri, yeh tumhari bas ki baat nahin hai." (And they all started to laugh).
Gauri: "Yeah, well anyways...tum log dance bhi karoge, yah phir yehi baitneh kah iradha hai?"
Shoba: "Voh mein...nahin...tum log dance karoh nah...."
Gauri: "Aisai kasaih ho sakta hai, tum bhi dance karogi, aur Vivaan tumhai bhi humaria saath dance karna hi hoga."
Vivaan: "Ok, ok, chalo aaj hum bhi tumhai dikha dehta hai ki hum bhi kissi seh kaam nahin."
Gauri and Shobha both looked at each other shocked...and Gauri said: "hojai??" (and they both laughed)
They all started dancing...enjoying themselves...After a few songs, Tulsi Virani comes up towards Gauri...
All the while, it is being shown that the guy at the back of the crowd is still staring...and has a dreamy look on his face...hes is thinking "yeh mujhe kya hor raha hai?" He is soo confused, however just continues to watch...
Tulsi: "Beta, abh ring ceremony ka vahkt hogai hai, tum announce kardo..."
Gauri: "Ji maa, mein abhi athi hoon..."(Gauri walks up on the stage, she takes the mic ) "Ladies and gentlemen if I can have your attention, it is now time for the ring ceremony to happen, so if everyone could have a seat, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you."
Everyone returns to their seats. Shobha and Vivaan also return to the stage and the ceremony is completed.
Gauri: "Congratulations!!! And she hugs Shobha...then says "Jiju abh toh tumhein koi nahin bachah sakta, abh toh tum gayai...."
Shobha: looks at Gauri angrily...and says "Not funny Gauri!!"
Vivaan: "Gauri, yeh toh mujhe pehle hi pata tha, lekhin tum chinta maat karna...mein bhi aisai waisai nahin hoon...."(all started to laugh, and Shobha hit Vivaan's arm playfully).
Again we see those guys at the bar, staring at Gauri.
Guy 1: "Wow she's hot!!"
Guy2: "Yeah, but don't even think about it, she will never even look at you..."
Guy1: "Why's that??"
Guy3: (Sarcastically) "Cause she is one of those sanskari girls...that will only do as the elders will say, she will not even acknowledge you."
Guy1: Angrily says..."Wanna bet?"
Guy2: "You have got to be kidding? Bet, aur voh bhi ussh ladkhi ki?"
Guy1: "Yeah why not? Are you scared of losing?"
Guy2: "No, no..I just think you're crazy, but sure...it's an easy win for me."
Guy1 smiles evilly, and both the guys shake on it.

Part 3
We see Gauri coming towards the bar...
Gauri: "Ramu kaka"
Ramu kaka: "Ji betia"
Gauri: "mujhe ek glass pani chayai, aur haan, tum sabh logon keh liye soft drinks leh anah"...then she walks off to join everyone...
Guy1 heard all this and thinks "this is my chance..." (smiles evilly)
Ramu kaka gets all the drinks together on a tray and then someone calls him for something...so he leaves the drinks at the bar...
Guy1 walks up to the tray and puts a tablet in the water and quickly mixes it...
Ramu kaka comes back and takes the tray...serves it to everyone...and then give the glass with water in it to Gauri... "beta hai tumhara pani"
Gauri: "Thank you, kaka" (she quickly drinks the entire glasss)
All the while guy1 had been watching this, thinks "now I will win the bet for sure" and smiles.

Soon everyone started to leave, and Gauri was helping everyone with their coats, and bidding farewell to everyone....
Tulsi: "Gauri beta"
Gauri: "Ji maa..."
Tulsi: "Beta tum dekho ki Vivaan aur uske parents koh kuch chaiyeh toh nahin, aur haan voh log bhi abh janai hi wale hogai, toh tum unh sabh koh mil lenah, abh bahut dehr hogi hai...aur...(starts to think)...mein bhi athi hoon, Mihir koh lekaih"
Gauri: "Ji mama" , she starts to walk towards Vivaan and his family. All of a sudden, Gauri starts to feel dizzy...almost losing her balance...she grabs her head...and makes herself stand still...and then continues to walk....
Guy1: thinking "that has to be the effects of the drugs" and starts laughing....
Guy2: "Why are you laughing? The bet is yet to be won, and by the looks of it, nothing is going to happen, since the party is now finished"
Guy1: "Don't worry, I will show you tomorrow and trust me I will win the bet"
Guy2: "Fine whatever, we're leaving, you do whatever you want...I'm tired, so I will talk to you tomorrow"
Guy1: "Later" then he walks towards the stairs...

Gauri walks up to Shobha and Vivaan... "Abh uheen kadhe raho geh yah phir tumhe ghar bhi janna hai? Aur vaisai bhi abh hum logh bahut thak geh tumhari khater dhari karh keh...toh please abh humaih bhi araam karnai doh aur Vivaan tum bhi...kyunki kaal tumhari shadhi hai...aur abhi bhi bahaut sarah kaam bakhi hai" and shes starts laughin...
Vivaan: "Haan Gauri, yeh baat toh tumhai sehi kehi hai...abh humaih chalna chaiyai...(turns towards his parents) Papa, mama abh humaih chalne chaiyai"
Daksh (Vivaan's dad): "Ji beta, chalo..."
Shayla (Vivaan's mom): "Acha Shobha beta, abh hum chaltain hai, (and she hugs Shobha) aur Gauri beta tum neh toh yeh party ki itni achi arrangements ki hai ki hum baas...dehkte hi rehgai"
Gauri: smiles and says "Thanks aunty...lekhin yeh toh kuch nahin tha, Shobha keh liye toh...mein kuch bhi karh sakhti hoon" She folds her hands and says "Namaste aunty, uncle, and then turns around to say it to everyone else"
Gauri turns around and sees all the youngsters from Vivaan's family and says "Alright guys, I will see you all tomorrow"...and she hugs everyone since she is very close with everyone. She then sees someone that she has never seen before until today...and she looks at him, however does not know how to react as he is just staring at her. So she says "Ah, I don't think I've ever met you, but I am sure you are one of Vivaan's cousins" and she extends her hand to him. (it is the guy who has been watching her from afar).
Gauri: "Hi my name is Gauri Chatterjee, I am Shobha's best friend"
Shobha: "Uh correction, Gauri is my sister"....and she hugs Gauri from the side.
Vivaan: "Yes that is right, Shiv this is Shobha's sister Gauri, and then turns to Gauri, "and Gauri this is Shiv Kapoor, my cousin. You have never met him as he has just returned from Canada after 5 years. He was over there for school."
Shiv: shakes Gauri's hand, "Nice to meet you"
Gauri, just shakes her hand...and she is still very confused with the look on Shiv's face, but then decides it's nothing so she just smiles. "Well see you all tomorrow, bye."
Tulsi: "Acha samdhan ji, kaal miltai hai"
Shayla and Nikila: both say, "Samdhan ji nahin, bhenji boliye, yeh toh rishta abhi abhi bana hai, lekhin hum toh bahaut pehle seh dost the nah"
Mihir: "Ji yeh toh apne bahaut sehi baat ki hai" and says "Namaste" to everyone, and they bid farewell to everyone. Evereyone has left and then it is only Mahen that is left.
Mahen: sees the worried look on Mihir's face and says, "Mihir tum chinta maat karo, abh Shobha humari beti hai nah, aur vaisai bhi hum dono kitnai saaloh seh dost hai nah? Aur phir meinai kabhi bhi Shobha aur Palak seh koi bhi farak rakhai kya?"
Mihir: "Nahin Mahen, voh baat nahin hai...mujhe pata hai ki Shobha ki liye aur koi better parivaar toh mil hi nahin sakta...lekhin phir bhi, ek baap hoon...toh isse liye."
Tulsi walked up to Mihir and Mehen and says "Mihir tum bhi nah, itnai achai maukai bhi asai..."
Gauri noticed the emotional conversation that was going on between her Tulsi Maa and Mihir Papa and Mehen uncle, so she walked up to them and said...
Gauri: "Papa aap toh aisai act karte hai, jaisai aap akhele reh jayenge, mein hoon nah, apke paas."
Mihir smiled and just hugged Gauri. And then Mahen left too.
Tulsi: "Acha beta, abh tum aur Shobha bhi soneh keh liye jao."
Gauri and Shobha: both hug Tulsi and Mihir, and say "Goodnight"
As Gauri was walking towards her bedroom, she again started to feel dizzy, she thought it must be cause I'm tired...so she ignored it and went to her bedroom.
Everyone retires to their own bedrooms...but what was going to happen next was the most unexpected...Gauri had no idea that her life was about to change forever.

Part4

When Gauri entered her room, she immediately fell on the bed, and everything around her was just a blurr, and soon she couldn't focus on anything. Her brain wasn't able to register anything, and her head started to hurt.
Then the Guy1 enters the room, from the washroom...he had been hiding there the entire time...waiting...just waiting for Gauri to come...
Gauri saw the figure approaching her, however couldn't make out who it was...she said "Aap yahan? Aap kaun hai??" However there was no response. The figure just approached her and pushed her down on the bed again, as she was starting to get up...
Guy1: "Wow, your hot!! You know I've been watching you all night, that dance of yours, oh my god...I wanted you soo bad.."
Gauri: "haan??? Aap please, mujhe chodiye!!" Gauri tried to scream, but she couldn't...as nothing she was saying was making sense, she couldn't think clearly....
Guy1: "Shutup! Don't make any noise" and then he started to remove Gauri's dupatta, and then started to kiss her....and started to remove her clothes....
Gauri tried to push him off and again she tried to scream...but nothing...she wasn't able to react...and then she just lay there motionless...she passed out

At Kapoor Mansion...
Shiv was unable to sleep, he just couldn't stop thinking about Gauri. Her face kept coming in front of him. He didn't know what was happening to him, but thought "surely I couldn't have fallen for her, could have I? No, no...I couldn't have. What does she have the, me Mr. Shiv Kapoor would fall for. She is after all just an ordinary girl." With those thoughts running through his head, he fell asleep, only to end up dreaming about her all night.
Shiv woke up the next morning with a smile on his face. He again only saw Gauri's face when he closed his eyes. He now knew that there was more to this girl, and he intended to find out exactly who she was. He was not determined to learn everything and anything about that girl, he was going to have to talk to her today. So he decided to take any advantage he got at the wedding to get her attention. Unknown to him, Shiv was truly falling in love with Gauri.

Next morning at Virani house...

Gauri woke with a headache. She tried to get up, but wasn't able to. She couldn't remember how she ended up on the ground...actually she tried to think of how she ended up in her room at all. Panic struck...and Gauri quickly got up...and when she looked around....she immediately knew what happened....however could not remember anything....All it took her was, one look at the bed and the state the room was in and she knew what she feared had happened.....Gauri ran for her dupatta, and she just sat on the ground. Her worst fear had come true....she had been raped. But she couldn't remember anything. She tried soo hard to think, to think of the events from last night...But the more she thought about it the more everything became unclear. She could hear all the noise from outside, and then remember its Shobha's wedding today. Gauri quickly got, and went to the washroom...and thought, "I can't let anyone know about this, if anyone comes to find out, it will ruin everything. Today is Shobha's wedding and I can't let anything ruin it." She turned on the shower and just sat there under the water, again trying to figure out what happened...her head it was in soo much pain...she couldn't handle it...she grabbed her head....and then passed out.

Preview...Who will find Gauri in this state, and what will the explanation be...

Oh no the worst has happened.. Poor Gauri, what will she do, she didn't even see the guy properly to recognise him.

Who's going to find her in this sorry state, aww my heart goes out to thr poor girl
