8/16 Highlights: Neil the flirtatious hubby and his tubelight wife

So tonight saw the continuation of Avni trying to pacify Neil. I love how her eyes searched for him the moment she reached the venue, Neela was quick to pick up on it as well as notice Avni wearing the dupatta as part of her outfit.

Avni trying to pacify Neil but failing miserably at it, the most adorable part about this is her innocence when it came to Neela saying she should get a tutor to help her, the girl took her mother seriously! No wonder Neela felt like hitting her head against a wall 🤣

DD and Neela are the best cupids Neil and Avni could have, loved their dance and trying to reunite the love birds. I knew Neil could not stay angry at Avni for long, he was back in masti mode in no time. The small sign he gave Neela as he proceeded towards Avni, throwing water on her, both drying their hair with the dupatta. This scene really is one that needs to be watched, Neil and Avni are too cute for words!

Neil taking the dupatta to tie around his head, just looking at Avni as he walks away to form the pyramid was too good.

Neela found out about the bomb but it was too late for Avni to try and warn Neil, she called out to him many times but he could not hear her. The bomb blast happens and Avni frantically searches for Neil, Amol drags away his body and Avni barely sees the dupatta being dragged.

Precap was Amol trying to finish Neil with a rod, there is no doubt about him being evil. Amol's character is beyond redemption and if the CVs even try to go down that road it won't be accepted by viewers. CVs can redeem anyone be it Bebe, Shweta, even Rhea but Amol should not be redeemed after what he has done! I hope Amol gets caught especially since OLVs had Neela be suspicious of him.


ETA: The editing department did not fail today, this episode was very crucial in execution and they did justice to it.

Loved the title of the topic - spot on! Neil as always amazing - his expressions, his smile the way he was dancing and looking at Avni. The was he said "ab maan bhi jao" i melted there ❤️

Avni the tubelight wife 😆 she is so naive but i hope the CVs don't turn the naivety into stupidity - i feel like at times, can someone really be that innocent, that too in todays time. 😆 The after effect of blast was heart breaking. Neil injured in between the other. Amol noticed him and dragged him away. Avni noticed the peacock shawl being dragged but did not see Amol dragging Neil away, weird but oh well. I'm sure either Neela or Avni will find Neil and fail amol's next attempt with the rod. Can't wait for tomorrow episode.

I absolutely agree, Amol should not be forgiven! He should be in jail!!!

When it comes to Avni yes she can be this naive, she is still clueless that her best friend has been in love with her so how can she see Neil's love for her? Luckily she has a very understanding hubby who knows she was trying to pacify him and was full on enjoying her efforts. I love when Neil lets his flirtatious side come out, I even noticed Avni blushing at a point. I cannot wait for when she realizes she is in love.

I really had hopes that Amol would be double crossing Dayawanti but that is not the case, he took being evil to an entirely different level tonight and in the precap. Amol is under the belief that his sister is foolish and he can easily get her to do his bidding but not this time, once she learns he tried to kill her husband yet again she will not spare him. I'm sure Avni would not hesitate to tell DD and Neil to lock him up. Neil has become a crucial part of Avni's life, she won't let anyone harm him.

Yes, I know many were fearing what editing would be sloppy but it was not. Zain was right, the makers of this show have high hopes for this track and they are making sure the execution is on point.

Nice episode...Avneil were great as always...Loved Neela n DD n their dancing...the song was apt for Avneil...Zain expressions during the song were great wink smiles emotions...Ashiqui scene was fun 'ab maan jaoo meri maa' 😆

Tube light was the word that popped into my head as I was watching the scene with them under the dupatta!

I mean come on, she didn't even get the part where he was teasing her about "what others will think they're doing underneath the dupatta" 😆

I think Neil has realized that Avni was right after seeing how his family treated her yesterday and that's why he's technically forgiven her but is still being stubborn about wanting her to decide for beeself about coming back TO him.

The only thing that was off was Avni's reaction in general to finding out of bomb n post blast seeing the duppatta not realizing following it...CVs just made her stand n shout Neil she could have collapsed the pyramid thank god she made the attempt eventually, would be first thing one would do...all this just so Amol finds Neil...

Hope it has hit hard now n she realizes her feelings for Neil...her expression of feeling Neil going away she loosing something kicked in when he walked away...

We knew Avni wouldn't make it in time to save Neil no matter how hard the CVs showed her trying, they wanted this to happen because it is a high point in their show. I noticed that same feeling with Avni as he was walking away, the fear of losing him is going to hit her hard

LOL the poor girl is clueless but I love her, she is adorable!! I think Neil's anger vanished upon seeing Avni again, that too wearing the dupatta as part of her outfit. Neil gave Avni a chance to leave him yet again but she came back. Neil knows Avni well, this is a girl who used to not waste a moment when they first married to try and leave him but now she keeps coming back to him. Avni wearing that dupatta was a huge sign for Neil, it has become symbolic of sorts for them. Neil can see he has a place in her heart, it is just a matter of patience and knowing how to deal with her.

In today's episode loved Neela n Neil tuning...eye communication Neil reassuring her all ok between her n Avni before he goes to break handi was adorable!!!

Same I love their relationship, Neela knows her daughter is in good hands. Neil won't let Neela down when it comes to her entrusting Avni to him, he will always be there for her.
