A man who hates his own family and supports in laws can never be trusted. He has to make a balance. Striking a balance between his blood relations and in laws is a man's job.

I don't live in a joint family but in my family i have always seen my father, uncles always strike a balance between their parents and in laws and even when my dad had fight with my uncles he never saw them any less than my nana nani family.

And kartik is more or less like slave of naira and singhanias. He doesn't sort out his issues with his father and always held singhaniyas above his own family. This isn't a good attitude.

Well, as a husband he is good but he overdoes the son in law part.

If asking a man to maintain balance is being regressive i am happy being called that.

naira hasnt taken kartik away n broke home rather shrs the reason he is this close atleast to this family.singhus arent making kartik any ghar-jamai rather has been a trust of kartik whom he can choose blindly if hes in problem.kartik has grownup staying away from family.he consoders manish n swarna as murderers.he aint suppose to b considerate of thr feelings.i m quite sure ur dad n uncle nvr had such a situation against thr parents as u r giving example.he has feelings for dadi,keerti n he has always bern close to dadi,keerti.he has taken a stand as brother when got to know abt aditya.even after dadi being wrong always he still try to give her bof out of his love n respect towards dadi..he has been always thr for this family..he has left singhus job to join goenkas business to save this family's ass.he went to singhus in keerti's wedding coz the way goenkas need kartik singhus need naira too.n as a husband its his duty to share the burden of wife's duty.
