I must admit I'm a new viewer to the show having been intrigued by the leap promo. And thanks to Aarohi2009's post I've caught up on the pre-leap story.

To be honest, initially I was intrigued by Mohit and Preetika's chemistry in the promo and they haven't disappointed.

Mohini's character is a breath of fresh air. I love the fact that she is not the usual meek, subdued and self sacrificing girl next door but a strong heroine who deals with problems as they are thrown at her. She doesn't feel sorry for herself and deals with situations in a practical way.

Ayaan's character seems fun too and is ready to lie when he has to, showing that he can think on his feet pretty quickly. And it makes a nice change to watch a show where the hero and heroine don't hate each other at first sight and are pretty open about their attraction towards each other.

And then there's Kamini. A woman who has become so bitter in life having been left at the altar by the man she loved and expecting his child. And to top it all, that child has been raised as her sister not her daughter. How difficult it must be for her to keep that secret and to treat Mohini as her sibling.

What I love about the dynamic between Mohini and Kamini is that as hard as Kamini tries, her maternal instincts regarding Mohini do come through. She can't help but try and protect her form the heartache that she has been through.

I loved the scene yesterday when after their fight, Mohini comes so sweetly to Kamini with food to make up with her. They have a beautiful bond and I'm really looking forward to watch it developing in the show.

I agree. I really am beginning to like the show. Hopefully they continue with the pace and it doesn't become stagnant especially with some illogical tracks. Mohit and Preetika are both looking great together and are doing a good job so far.

Mohini and Kamini's dynamic is just so spot on! Mohini is young and resourceful and thinks she knows how to handle the world. And not knowing anything at all about Kamini's past it is hard for her to understand why her "sister" is just so mistrustful and negative all the time and can't just let up.
