May Sony TV do a rethink because of this

Apparently there may be a ban on pehredaar piya ki for regressive content.

Hope Sony TV wakes up and smells the coffee and retain YMMKD given that its highly publicized and blockbuster (money spent, etc.) serial might be banned by none less than the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting which has apparently reacted immediately to an online petition with more than one lakh signatures..

Can someone on the forum who knows how to go about it initiate a petition for not scrapping YMMKD due to its progressive content and its USP of being a show with a difference appealing to sane people??

No hopes left sony will be sony no matter what

They doesn't think of audience at all no mater how much ban and petition filed..

Yhmkd will pe pulled off on 18 that to with no proper ending

I Agree and am all for it. If there is a petition open would like to sign it.

Even in its worst episodes, Moh Moh has bern much better in concept and niche subject than many rival shows onSony and other channels. Shows like Pehredar have faulty subject lines in first place. Saw a small promo of the child actor placing Sindoor on the lady and was put off immediately.

Shows like Kuch Rang are so regressive in its age old content and subject line..just wearing suits , t shirts and western clothes does not make a story progressive.

On the other hand Moh Moh even though village based, the male character is so progressive in thought and ethics. It has been a treat to watch Mukhi after all the plethora of angry aggressive male leads who leavd no stone turned to hurt the female lead before apparently falling for her.

I would say, lets give it a try and petition !

But it has to be a solid reason ..pehredar piya ki is total another case it needed to be ban for every reason and thus the first show ever..

That has crossed 15 lakh pettition filed for baaning ..thus it has to come in light but so sorry I don't think yhmmkd can be saven voz...we have no time ..petition should be filed one month before prior the time of action its has been taken plus.

It has to croos certain amount to get into light

Firstly there is very less vieewrs of yhmkkd and sevondly ost of the people doesn't know about the ending.

And sony gives a damn and I don't think smriti Irani has so much time to do this ..apart from prehedar piya ke coz ..I have heard some children affecting mentally with the show and thier parents have complaint directly to the ministry follows by the petition..

So ban was bound to happen..

And I want not just the show even sony should ban to show such ridicolus and regressive content

Serves right to that regressive ridiculus PPK show. The ministry should do more to stop all regressive shows on all channels and serve notice to channels which air such shows.

Mukhi is a much needed ML in today's India. He is truly progressive character and Eijaz has portrayed it so well. he put in so much to get under the skin of MUkhi...

I am US . But if there is online petition open to US viewers I am ready to sign it. Moh Moh had so much scope to be a progressive show. Aru could have fulfilled her dreams in Amboli gaon with Mukhi by her side just like he had said...now everything is going down the drain because of Sony ...

Even though the channel will not listen...but still if there is a petition..please let us all know in the forum...we all will help.😭😊

Bold - Rightly said Blue!

This village based show has such a progressive male lead of the likes that we have never seen before on Indian TV.

The female lead was all set to make a name for herself in the world of business.

They were to uplift the village and bring in progress and improvement in many areas that were earlier beyond Mukhi's thinking.

They already had the toilet track which was part of swach bharath scheme.

On top of all this they had a very decent team of writers who held our interest for more than 100 episodes, giving us so much to write about and discuss.

If anyone looks into this forum, they will be amazed to see the range of topics that we have discussed here. Why? Because of this show that got us to think about so so many things.
