Rajastani or Gujrati...BW has me confused :/

Pardon my ignorance but I just want to get it right...

Question No 1:
In Ram Leela, the characters are Gujrati.
And in Dor/Paheli, the characters are Rajasthani. Right?
Then why do in Ram Leela, the men keep wearing turbans like Rajasthanis? 😕
Is that type of turban worn by both these cultures? Also the ghagras worn by the women in the film looked more Rajasthani to me. Ofcourse, I could be absolutely wrong here... So please clarify...😊

"Thadi/Thado/Mhara etc"...is this dialect used in Rajastan or Gujrat?
I always assumed this was Rajasthani dialect.
But then I saw one of Katrina's slice "swayamvar" ad where she is promoting "Gujrati Kesar" aam. In the background the instrumental of "Pallo Latke" is being played and Katrina ends the ad saying "Iss ka jawab thade hi haath"...😕
Why???

I always got a Gujrati feel from the songs...

In PRDP salman was from ayodhya (UP) and the other Salman was from udaipur (rajasthan)

In Ram Leela... the nomads are Rabari. Rabari come from the eastern region of Gujarat. They wear turbans like Rajasthanis because they have roots/connections with them. My mom's family is from Kutch area and teveryone wore turbans like that. its from the region.
