Hello, Guys.
I am Aditi - kind of an inactive member. Thanks to the folder shared by people here, I am finally able to watch ishqbaaz. Owing to time zones and hectic schedule, I almost stopped watching it.
Usually, I don't write much but the last few episodes forced me to write.
( I am an Ishqbaaz fan so I love all of them - As they say - "All for one, One for All")
Brothers standing united on the front has the same shades even if presented differently. Each hiding their own mysteries and darkness under the shadows of the other. Each is met by the match that challenges their darkness with their own. Each being flawed trying to mold into one another but strikingly a common ego and individuality stop them setting ablaze their hearts on fire. Ultimately, becoming a battle of their self whether to keep inflating their hearts with pain with the tremors of their egos or let them loose to be ultimately tied in the darkness of the other.
Shivika-
First of all a genuine applause to Surbhi and Nakul for portraying the characters so brilliantly.
Coming towards the present scenario - I love how this re - marriage track is being handled. I know most of the people here are going crazy blaming either Shivay or Anika for this non-sensical drama. But, given a thought is it really one??
I for the one love these characters for their flaws more than their goodness. These never promised the righteousness of their decisions.
They have regret on both the sides, they have guilt, concern and genuine love on both the sides. Both know that they are playing with fire with the most interesting aspect being they both know the other person loves the other one.
They are two halves of the magnet being repulsed and disgruntled under their over- bloating ego. The foundation of their relationship was trust but that trust was built on the things that they did for their families, not for each other. I for the one have always believed that in their relationship, there was friendship, attraction, concern and everything else.. But, still, everything came to a standstill based on their own perceptions of viewing the life. They didn't even take minuscule of the second to blame the other one for their failed relationship. Under whatever circumstances, Anika did whatever- Shivaay just saw that failing to trust her love and Anika on the other hand, failed to trust Shivaay in sharing the things bothering her.
In each and every equation and time, they have been tested on the basis of their love for the family, sometimes Sahil or OmRu but never they have been able to love each other without a reason.
I feel if this track is handled correctly, it has the potential to make them realize that there is no place for ego in the relationship. Saying Sorry and being wrong is the part of each other. Shivay as a character can learn to accept Anika's mistakes and forgive them for it and Anika should learn that Sharing is equally important in any relationship. Any third person has no place between two people whether it's between two brothers, a mother and a son or a wife and husband. If someone is there in between them, it's not the third person's fault, it's theirs.
Rikara
To be frank, I am intrigued b Omkara. This character has a huge potential to grow as a man. To err is human- Omakara needs to learn that. He sees the world as black and white and to accept someone grey is not the one which defines his mysterious persona.
Gauri is someone who is beautifully flawed and would use all the weapons from blatant lies to melodrama in order to shield the ones she loves. On the other, Omkara lives in his own world with clinchingly knowing whats right for the family but not knowing how to overcome this ability to differentiate rightness from the wrongness.
P.S - too be contd.
I am too sleepy to write on this mysterious personna. But the Oberois are all about their Ego's and Hearts.
