I think Ishita and Raman should adopt Shagun as viewers can't accept her as Ramans' wife and CVS can't keep her out of their life either and can't keep Ishita from pampering and catering to Shagun's nakhre. Since the CVS showed Adi and Alia marriage which technically fall under incest they will have a vast playing field with Shagun and Raman too under the pretence of anything.
