By my knowledge of astrology.. It has to be a baby by way of consummation between ArMu.. So technically there needs to be a SR. Yes.. Saanvi may die.. And ArMu end up adopting her baby.. They might take care of both

ArMu adopting Saanvi baby is possible..but if baby has mother he doesn't need to be adopted.. Mukhi can sure support him and he can almost grow up with ArMuSan..but it doesn't have to be legal adoption..👍🏼
SR tho hoga. koi nai rok saktha SR tho🤣

Why will Saanvi die..? during delivery you think?
