Hello everyone!
Im here with a follow up from Elvi's "unconventional love story" post she made on RuVya yesterday and I know she is waiting for my take on RuVya yesterday 😆 So this one is for you Elvi 🤗
"Hum akela chalna pasand karte hai..."
Bhavya has lived a sad life - from a young age, Sultan stole her parents, her sister, her childhood, her right to be happy. She has lived with that bitterness that because of him, she cannot continue to live a happy life because of the memories that keep haunting her. So what does she do? Prefers to shut herself away from friends, from people she can call her own, men who can potentially be a life partner for her because she wants to be alone. Because she doesn't know anything else, how it feels to grow up with a younger sister, a mother, a father, someone you can call your own because it was taken from her at a tender age... she fears becoming attached to something/someone will result in the same thing.. so she pushes them away, their safety being her number one priority.. and that is what she is doing to Rudra. She feels an attatchment to Rudra because from the moment they met, he has gone above and beyond to make her feel safe, to take care of her, to be her friend...all of these factors giving fear to Bhavya incase because of her, something will go wrong. That is the fear that has been implanted into her mind, that she doesn't deserve all this happiness and sense of belonging, she is not supposed to be happy and enjoy the freedom of living, to not have revenge as the motive for living, to move on with her life. Im sure, almost certain deep down, Bhavya has a fairytale imagination of what she wished her life to have been life, how she wants her life to move forward, perhaps with Rudra? But her fear coupled with her desperation for revenge on Sultan and buddha Qureshi pestering her about this mission constantly is pushing her further and further from Rudra, at least thats what she thinks. Little does Bhavya know, realise, that the more she is pushing Rudra away, the more he is pushing himself closer to her, he wants to be the reason for her happiness, for her tears not to shed, be her companion, at least be a friend? Rudra will bring Bhavya out of her akelapan because her will be by her side no matter what life throws at them both 😊 She thinks Rudra doesn't understand what she is going through but how does she expect him to understand when she won't let him? But our Rudra is so smart, he is maturing more and more and he will do whatever he can to understand even 1% of what Bhavya has gone through, because no one deserves to have their family taken away from them life Bhavya did 😭
Pool scene - Bhavya asking Lady Killer about his girlfriends to which he "claims" he has had 50... Rudy, if you have had 50 girlfriends then why did you fluster under the mere touch of your Revolver Rani? Surely your 50 girlfriends were not all the same, one or two must have been a little bold and daring 😉 Rudy asks Bhavya twice about her boyfriends and she diverts the question twice... is that an indication that her love life has taken a backseat because of the troubled past of her? Does she have commitment issues because she is scared of things not working out and she is alone again? Is that why she keeps pushing Rudra away too? Surely, at some point in Bhavya's existence (given that we got age "confirmation of 27" yesterday) she has had the longing of a life partner? Or was she waiting for the one? is Rudy the one? The two shared a romantic moment with the presence of our ever favourite song, "Jeene Laga Hoon" 😆

And that's a wrap! So many interesting things upcoming for RuVya, I am curious to see how GulNeet handle the age different between RuVya as we never get to see girl being older than the boy in Indian TV, always the other way around! I hope they don't satyanaas the potential that story can have for our Ki & Ka couple 😆
