I think what will happen is that neil will get into some danger and his condition will perhaps be critical, that's why she tagged it like that. Plus I don't think this picture is of neil and rhea near each other the way we are thinking, but just an off-screen fun pic of zain and nalini. I think this is so that avni comes back to neil?
