I've watched the last minutes of the episode and, surprisingly, it was a sweet one. After a very long time, I feel like writing something positive about Suraj and the show:
- Chakor with ghunghat over her head looked so graceful as one of those brides from old classic movies and her shyness added to the picture;
- I loved Suraj's hesitation in trying to kiss her twice;
- the way Chakor reasoned with him that they are not at the right place was well done;
- and most of all I liked the way Suraj hold himself back and promised to control himself and the beautiful reactions of Chakor that followed after that:
~ first, she was pleasantly surprised that he agreed:
~ and then the grateful smile at the end (and I loved it how she even thanked him):
Simple, tender, moments like this it's what I call love... respecting each other feelings and understanding what the other person wants and not trying to force the other one to do something that they are not ready for. Suraj understood Chakor is not comfortable and Chakor also understood that it costs him to refrain himself, but yet he did it because he loves her and she was appreciative of his gesture.
I feel that after such a sweet scene the consummation might be a dream because I don't see how Suraj can take his word back and try again to persuade her as a promise is a promise... It will not look right but never say never... but either way I was left with the impression that Suraj was only after a kiss and nothing more.
