Couldn't catch the complete promo but Neha mother is at Saxena's place. She tells him Neha is his daughter. Saxena is shocked.

But I doubt he'll believe her. He'll think she's saying it because she wants to destroy him. 😕 or that so he won't do anything to her because she's his daughter.
