Episode Discussion Thread: 7th-11th Aug

Okay last week I got lazy about writing my thoughts...hopefully this week I'll be more active on this thread.

Anurag's true colour revealed today. He was faking it all.I donot see any reason why he was faking to such an extent if he does not love Ragini.

Will post my feelings once I'm done being angry and disappointed...i have a lot of feelings today

The total disappointment and disgust that anurag felt after the way his marriage with Ragini happened and coupled with his rage over the effect on srishti would make him angry at Ragini and her father for a long time. At least till he would see srishti settled happily. He does reveal in one episode that he was never even given a chance to apologise srishti. (I think he does at one point). But his feelings wil remain as she was the woman he had wanted to marry. Perfect for him in every way. As long as I don't know full story about the phone call cant comment further. Because the question does arise as Ragini had left him he could have just proceeded to London. The answer lies with the nature of the phone call.

I'll say one thing, the preview has given me hope in a way.

I'm really interested to see how Ragini will make him majboor...after all she has put up -especially after he came to her house and made her dance to his tunes- I want her to give it back to him now with full interest.

Again I'm happy with the direction of that sequence from what I've seen...she's clearly hurt but she hasn't succumbed to tears infront of him nor did she silently suffer infront of him.

If there's one thing I love about her is that she always gets back up and fights no matters what (when she loved him, she never gave up despite all the humiliations and mockery and verbal abuse she faced and now she'll do the same).

Srishti

Again proud of her in that she's not forgiven her parents/brother and nor is she willing to move back after what they did to her.

I just wish she hadn't come back in the first place (i know it was a complex situation)...she needs to stop giving the people in her life false hopes (either go or stay but not both)

Now there is no point about shristi..she is left behind..it's about Anuragini and I think Anurag is wrong now not Ragini.Ragini is more than perfect. He doesnot deserve Ragini. He deserve Shristi only who cannot do anything for him.Education doesnot mean that person is perfect.Education is for learning not for torturing.

I hope Ragini has something up her sleeve...take that smile off his face girl and get even.

Highs of Yesterday:

Ragini breaking their photo along w/ her repeating she has lost her self respect...finally this time she's (hopefully) truly given up on him and I really hope that she doesn't give in too easily when he truly falls for her.

Another high point is Ragini's challenge...I'm excited to see how far she'll go to make him majboor. She's a very creative person and always delivers with her promises.

Also along with that, I loved how clearly hurt and broken she was but still didn't bawl infront of him or endlessly say 'whats going on?/this is not you/true' blah blah like others do.

Even TR winced when she called him out on doing this (plotting and planning etc) all behind her back instead of being upfront about it.

Lows:

Mr. Ji's characterisation as a whole...he has no leg to stand on questioning Ragini's family way of lift and morals when he himself really has no morals and is just bad as them tbh. Two wrongs don't make a right.

I dunno where the CVs are going with him but right now he is a very contradictory person (says/believes one thing...does completely the opposite)

Basically I can't sympathise with him cos CVs are failing to write him as a complex and/or sympathetic person whatsoever.
