So as per the response i have decided to give small but weekly updates . So as per my promise here i am with soulmates new small update (not actually small), i know many were angry on me when i said i will end it but really sorry about that i was really in muddle what to do with this. Chapter 21
Morning MM
Nirmala hurriedly went to her room as if she saw zombie in early morning, she entered in her room and closed door behind her.
Ramnath was peacefully sleeping, it was 7 in the morning so still he have an hour to complete his sleep and get ready for office.
Nirmala reached near him and shake him by his shoulder "ram uthiye na please bahot important baat karani hai" nirmala perturbed, the rush to tell her husband about what she saw in morning was clear in her voice with agitation all her face
"uffo yeh bhi na aise soye hai jaise bete ki shadi kya ho gayi sari responsibilities hi khatam ho gayi, kuchh bolo to bas shant ho jao bolate hai" she huffed to herself since there was no response from her dear husband "lekin ghar me kya kya ho raha hai esaka koi andaza hai kya, nahi, ab to bahu aa gayi , kal ko pote ho jayenge aise hi sote raho bina kisi tension ke" she fumed and again shook him by his shoulder
"sahi hai enhe kyu tension hogi mein jo hu sare tension lene ke liye, jab beta shadi ke liye taiyyar nahi ho raha tha tab bhi mein hi use manau, sab mein karu aur ye kya karenge bas soyenge" she kept ranting, but by now ramnath was all awake by her loud muttering
"oh meri mataji lo uth gaya ab to shant ho jao please" he exasperated and joined his hands in front of her "ajeeb aurat ho kya bhuchal aa gaya hai kya jo etana badbada rahi ho, raat me bolo kaam karna hai to bolati hai so jao , morning me jab sona hota hai tab chilla chilla ke uthati hai" he muttered through gritted teeth
"kya kaha aapne mein.." nirmala fumed but ramnath cut her before he face any new rant
"meri galati hai okay, meine sab kiya now fine" he replied curtly and turned to go toward washroom, but next what he heard melted him and cursed himself talking badly with his love
she started sobbing quietly, ramnath closed his eyes to get hold of himself, he took a deep breath and turned to face her
she covered her mouth with hem of her saree to control her hiccups, her head was bowed down and she was crying silently, ramnath rushed toward her and made her sit comfortably on bed "shh, chup ho jao i am sorry baba" he held his one ear gesturing sorry
nirmala just looked at him and again averted her gaze otherside,ramnath hold her chin with his index finger and made her to look toward him "sorry na baba, lekin tum bhi etani subah subah aise chillati ho kya karu mein, shanti se kyu nahi rahati etana hyper hone ki kya jaroorat hai. ab to tumhari bahu aa gayi hai wo kya sochegi?" he deadpanned last line only to divert her mind as he was very well aware that his wife will behave edgy only when it's related to shravan
and his trick really worked as nirmala remembered why she came to ramnath "suniye mein to jo batane aayi thi woh to bhul hi gayi" nirmala agitated again
ramnath shook his head in dismay, his wife can't change "haan baba samaz gaya lekin pahale jara sans lo aur shant ho jao fir batao kya hua hai?" ramnath tried his best to calm her down
"shant kaise rahu ram , aapko pata hai meine abhi bahar kya dekha" her face was looking haunted as if she saw ghost
ramnath suppressed his smile "aisa kya dekha bhoot dekh liya kya?" he asked quizzically
"are bhoot nahi meine suman ko dekha, subah subah walk se aate hue" nirmala was at her wit's end.
ramanath didn't get what she was saying, it was normal that she can see suman in the house since she came here after marriage "kya bol rahi ho bhul gayi kya humari bahu hai woh to yahi dikhegi na?" he irked but tried to be calm
"are baba pata hai muze woh humari bahu hai aur woh yahi rahegi" nirmala scowled, why her husband think that she is out of her mind and she was worried for this "mein yeh bol rahi hu ke kal usaki suhagrat thi aur aaj subah meine use 7 baje ghar aate hue dekha jogging suit me" she raised her brow in question to her husband that he was still not getting the matter "aur agar 7 baje aayi hai esaka matlab subah 5-6 baje gayi hogi, kaun shadi ke pahale din etani subah uthata hai batao muze" she cleared his confusion
ramnath was silent for a minute and rubbed his chin with index finger as of thinking something deeply "hmm, yeh baat to sahi hai" he looked toward her "lekin nirmala ab unaki shadi ho chuki hai aur ab tum please un logo ke bich bolana band karo" nirmala tried to open her mouth in protest but he cut her off "mein janata hu tumhe unaki fikr hai esiliye tum tension le rahi ho lekin samazane ki koshish karo agar tum har baat me aise bich me bologi toh suman may feel bad" nirmala nodded understanding his point "aur bhai aajkal ke bachhe hai woh log fitness freak hote hai apane bete ko hi dekh lo" both chuckled remembering their son's obsession with his 6 packs
"hmm woh to hai, har waqt maa etana oily food , muze gym jana hai and all" nirmala nodded remembering his tantrums about his perfect body
"toh suman bhi apani health ko lekar conscious hai what's wrong in that?" he cocked his brow and nirmala nodded negatively thinking about what all thoughts passed in her mind from the moment she saw suman in morning "aur unaki arrange marriage hai nirmala thoda to waqt lagega ek dusare ke sath comfortable hone me, and most important they are mature enough to take care of themselves okay?" he squeezed her hand in assurance and she nodded positively "aur yeh choti choti baton se meri etani pyari biwi ke chehare pe yeh jo frowns aate hai i really don't like it" he teased her
she whacked on his arm "app bhi na, sasur ban gaye lekin shararat kam nahi hui" she blushed on ramnaths comment, suddenly she remembered that she have to give suman cloths and jewellery for evening function "he bhagwan mein to bhul hi gayi dekhiye 8 baj gaye" she pointed toward clock "aur ab tak nashta nahi bana hai, aur muze sabse pahale suman ko gahane aur kapde dene hai sham ke liye" she got hurriedly and went out from room before ramnath can reply anything, he just shook his head on his overexcited and innocent wife and headed toward washroom to get ready for the day

"haan dekh liya maa ne..." she gasped and clasped her mouth with both hands and his eyes came out from sockets and his mouth turned into complete O
"ohh shit shravan ab kya karenge please kuchh karo" sumo impatiently started pacing to and fro in front of him while he was just holding his head between his and and cursing his timing and of course sumo under his breath for behaving so stupidly
"mein kya sochi madam ko jhansi ke rani ka bhoot chadha tha na subah subah, apani thoda to dimakh use karna chahiye tha na?" he mocked irritatedly as her negligence put them in a dicey situation and he was totally unaware about what to say if nirmala will ask them and as far he knows his mother she won't keep quiet on this she will definitely try to confront them
suddenly something he remembered and his eyes lit up on idea "ideaaa..." he shrieked in happiness that brought sumo's full attention toward him
she jumped toward him and sat beside him with hopeful eyes "kya idea mila hai shravan please bolo na" her enthusiastic voice amazed shravan but he just chucked idea of teasing her as the situation need more attention rather than that at this time
"sumo see, maa ne tumhe dekh liya correct?" she nodded like a obedient chile in front of teacher when they asked any question
"great so now what she will think?" he again asked her new question
"of course maa will doubt our relation, she will ask question that are we hiding something or may be some other question" she replied quickly as a matter of fact but still confused about his plan and he nodded in agreement as it was most expected
"so agar hum log unhe yeh question puchane ka chance hi na de to?" he raised an eyebrow with a roguish smile playing on his lips
she scratched her forehead thinking about what exactly he want to imply here "care to explain?" her bemused reply came after a moment of thinking
"hmmm, okay see i mean ki agar hum sabke samane ye pretend kare that we are deeply in love with each other and will do PDA then maa subah ki baat bhul jayegi she won't give much importance to that, aur sabko lagega we are happy with each other, what say?"
she was in deep thoughts about his idea and it was really impressive "okay i am in but haan remember PDA in front family but don't you dare to tease me here or outside" she gave acquiescent reply coated with the warning as she was very well aware about him in this days with a finger pointed to him
"deal, i won't tease you in front of others but yaar sumo es room me him log friends hai correct to etana to banata hai dosti me haina?" a mischievous smirk played in his eyes but instantly covered with ever so innocent face
"you are such a moron shravan you really like to have fun at my cost?" she whined
"of course i like.. no no i loved it" he rubbed his hands and licked his lips in excitement
"ohh no no please don't to that" her inner replied quickly when she saw him while licking his lips "shup up you fool" she scolded her conscious on stupid thoughts and shoved away that thought
"you are such brat i tell you i will also not leave you" she quipped
"haan to that's the fun baby" he replied mischievously with tongue in cheek
"ohh really Mr Malhotra so you want fun haan?" she gave a quizzical reply while folding her hands across her chest
"okay so madam is in tease mood shravan let's see who will win?" he mused excitedly and his eyes lit up
"haan waise sumo ek baat batao, how you know i have 6 packs?" he deadpanned and started moving close to her
her face turned into complete red "ohh god why always me? yeh hamesha kaise manage karta hai to shut me up, please help me what should i say to this braggart man?" she cursed herself under breath for her situation and bit her lip but thanks to her self talking process she completely failed to notice how close he came
"woh woh" she stammered while thinking about excuse and her eyes fell on watch which was showing its already 8 "haan woh muze fresh hona hai aaj first day hai i will be late its 8 already" she showed him clock and started moving toward closet without any eye contact
she started walking but he stopped her by holding her wrist "haan i know it's late but to reply me it will take hardly 1 min only" he whispered huskily in her ear from back, she felt his hot breath on her neck and that was enough to make her weak on knees, her body shuddered like a current was passing through it, and that made him smile slyly knowing how easily he affected her and there is no chance of lie
she closed her eyes and let the cat out of the bag "woh meine fb pe tumhara shirtless pic dekha tha" she murmured as was unable to take this proximity

"so you were checking my profile huh?" he replied in same tone and moved closed to her so that her back was touching with his front, by that time he also got affected with her proximity
reality hit her and she snapped open her eyes and finally realized how easily he tricked her, she quickly turned and removed her hand from his hold "ohh don't be so happy okay, i was not checking your profile , woh to anjali ko tumhara pich dekhana tha jab shadi fix hui thi bas esiliye dekha tha" she retorted confidently as was really in no mood to provide any further please to him
her sudden move startled her, he just stared his hand for sec and came back to reality "ohh really lekin agar use dikhana tha to bahot sare pics the and i am sure you haven't shown her my shirtless pic" he raised his brow
sumo just moved from there and grabbed her clothes and in next moment she was in washroom literally running as miniac, she wouldn't be caught dead by putting herself in any more teasing talks
when finally she disappeared into the washroom he just ruffled his hairs "man what was that? she is driving you crazy, yeh bhi nahi bol sakata ke dur rah ghar walon ke samane to dikhana padega na otherwise they will doubt but i will keep some distance in room it was really awkward situation" he murmured in determination and embarrassment at same time
on other side behind washroom door, sumo rested on door to calm her heartbeat "sumo dur rah usase you know this is all fake okay, aur haan use etana easily tuze affect mat karane de" she chided herself and after calming her heartbeats she completed her bath but now the main problem was how to wear saree in bathroom
"are yaar ab kya karu ek to already ye saree drape karna its tough job and now in washroom ab kya karu, us khadus se bolungi to aur tease karega" she sighed in despair "aur kya option hai sumo already etana late ho gaya hai ab aur sochati rahegi to aur late ho jayega sab kya sochhenge? already ek blunder kar chuki ho and that is enough for one day" finally she took a deep breath and peeked from door to see if he was there or not, and to her bad luck he was there checking his closet for his dress for the day
"shravan" she called him our softly
"haan bolo sumo" he replied still engrossed in his cloths
she squeezed her eyes shut "shravan suno na muze saree pahanahi hai, will you please go out of the room?" she asked hesitantly
"huh?" he replied confusingly and turned toward washroom door
she opened her one eye just to check where he was,she quickly closed door as she saw him looking toward her "sumo ab to tu gayi ye qutub minar nahi chodega tuze, it's so embarrassing" she murmured to herself and waited for his response but after not getting any response she again shouted "shravan actually i can't wear saree in washroom so can you please go out?" she requested and waited for his response
shravan was totally confused but when she replied he understood reason "sumo okay, mein niche jaunga to sab datenge because abhi tak meine brush bhi nahi kiya, once you will be done then let me know okay i'ii be waiting outside" he replied as a gentleman without any teasing and nothing
sumo really surprised by his gesture a small smile crept on her face "okay shravan i will be fast pakka" she replied and within next moment she heard sound of door open and close
she peeked outside and as expected he was not in room, she quickly came outside wearing her blouse and petticoat with saree in her hand, she throw saree on bed and quickly locked door to avoid any unintentional awkward situation
shravan was standing outside room. heard sound of locking door and chuckled "pagal"
he murmured, he was leaning by resting his hands on railing in front of his room when someone tapped on his shoulder
he quickly turned expecting sumo "sumo..." but soon his smile vanished and his face went pale as it was none other than his great mom Nirmala holding thal with sumo's saree and jewellery
she stared him skeptically "tum bahar kya kar rahe ho shravan? aur suman kaha hai?" she narrowed her eyes
"are soch jaldi kuch soch nahi to hum dono mare jayenge" he scratched back of his head and break out in a cold sweat, suddenly he got idea and responded quickly "woh woh haan maa actually you know apaki bahu na muze kuchh surprise dene wali thi so room me kuchh ready kar rahi thi" he said with fake blush and started looking down
nirmala convinced seeing his face, she chuckled and held his chin to look into her eyes "are waah suman ko to manana padega mera beta to sharmana bhi sikh gaya" she tease him thinking it was all real
"maa aap bhi na, kuch bhi bolati hai" he again blushed harder and removed her hand while averting his gaze but it was not because of shyness it was because he can't meet her eyes while lying but he have to this "sorry maa" he murmured under breath, nirmala was so happy and busy thinking about her son so that went unnoticed by her
"achha thik hai baba nahi tease karungi lekin suman ko awaz de na use yeh kapade dene hai sham me muh dikhayi hai na" he nodded and was about to knock door but sumo opened it before he knocks and because of which he ended up knocking on her head
she winced in pain since it was lil hard hit for a person to handle "shit what the i..." before she complete shravan covered her mouth with one and immediately wrapped another one around her shoulder
"sumo sweety kya bol rahi ho, i know baby you love me but thoda wait karo i will show you my love pakka" her eyes widen in shock as this was really unexpected and it was like someone throws a bucket full of ice on her head
nirmala was just awkwardly standing there looking here and there so that they will finish their lovey dovey moment soon and perceive her presence by which her lovely Daughter in law was oblivious
shravan bend down little till her ear "sumo maa hai samane please behave" he whispered in her ear while giving fake smile to nirmala which was returned with a beatific smile her
sumo shifted her gaze toward nirmala "soorydhhsmmaaa" shravan shared her with quizzical look
"honey i know you love me so much and i love you too and i love to hear everything from your mouth but mom will not understand na" he said while giving a wide fake smile to nirmala
sumo shooted angry glare to him and gestured him with eyes toward his hand which was covering almost her half of the face, he understood and quickly removed his hand
she gave him 'I-WILL-KILL-YOU' look and shifted her gaze nirmala and smiled
"sorry maa woh actually..." but before she could complete nirmala cut her
"are thik hai beta pata hai tumane shravan ko surprise dene ke liye door band kiya tha, mein to bas yeh dene aayi thi" she forwarded thal in her hand toward sumo, sumo stared that confusingly "are beta tension mat lo actually yeh na sham ke function ke liye hai. tumhe yeh lehanga aur jewellery pahanani hai bad mein bhul jati na to esiliye dene aa gayi, par lagta hai mein galat samay pe aagayi" nirmal winked to shravan
"nahi nahi maa aise koi baat nahi hai, mein taiyyar ho hi gayi thi bas niche aane hi wali thi" sumo replied quickly with sheepish smile and took thal from nirmala's hand
nirmala eyed her top to bottom, she was looking beautiful in that Orange And Beige Embroidery Georgette Designer Saree with open hairs little bit curled up at front
"koi baat nahi hai beta, waise tum es saree me bahot sundar lag rahi hai kahi meri hi nazar na lag jaye" she took some kohl from her eye and put kala tikka behind her ear, sumo smile shyly and thanked her
this was the first time he saw her, he glanced her from corner of his eye "beautiful" he murmured under his breath
"kuchh kaha tumane shravan?" nirmala asked pulling his attention toward her
he nodded in no quickly "nothing maa"
"okay thik hai tum jaldi se taiyyar ho jao aur niche aa jana" nirmala turned to go but stopped and turned back "suman tum taiyyar ho gayi ya time hai?" nirmala asked her hesitantly as she was not wearing her nuptial chain and her chuda was also missing
"mein ready ho gayi hu maa bas saree pahane me thoda time lag raha tha" suman replied with confusion thinking about what is missing, shravan just followed nirmala's gaze and he got reason of her question
"are maa woh na sumo ko meine hi bola tha nahane se pahale chuda aur mangalsutra nikal de, abhi usako thoda time lagega na sabme adjust hone me, aur waise bhi i have only told to wait so that i can make her wear her mangalsutra with my hands" he winked just diver nirmala's mind and save sumo
sumo stared him with respect and mouthed thanks to him and he blinked in reassurance
"ohh mein bhi na pata nahi kya kya sochane lagati hu" nirmala shook her head and slapped her forehead "achha suno beta achha hi hua waise mein bhul gayi thi batana, tum na sindoor mat lagana" shraman snapped their eyes toward her in shock "are aise kya dekh rahe ho tum muze, mein bas etana hi bol rahi hu hum logo ke yaha rasam hai ki shadi ke pahale din pati patni ki mang bharta hai, to dum dono taiyyar ho ke aa jao aur puja ke baad shravan tum usaki mang bharna thik hai?" nirmala taken aback with their reaction but ignored and went from there
"shravan ab yeh kya naya syappa hai?" sumo asked him with stunned voice
their eyes were still fixed on the door where nirmala was standing before a moment "pata nahi sumo" he replied still in shock
"Soulmates, they stand by you through everything, understand your silence better than anyone else mentally and spiritually connected to you"
