When they delivered Sandhyas's baby was died and Pushpa exchanged the babies just to extract money and more other demands. Sandhya of course is not aware of this.
Why I think so?
1. CVs would obviously want to explore later on that angle where kunal separates from family and starts his own business due to difference of opinion and karan stays with nk to help him out. If karan gets to kNow he is not chahuhn nk would Not be hurt and chance of drama would be missed.something like in lot of movies sanjeev amitabh shakti movie?.
2. They have to create jethani devani angle too just like kundali serial where sharada only was lead. If kunal is already in sent of nirmala to give him name. How will meghna s fight will look strong.
3. It would put nk is strong position to Nirmala and he will leave her or something for this cheating. But if its like she was also created he will forgive her seeing that she suffered for almost 25 years.

Now my all sympathies with kunal. But Nk is not wrong as well. It's not like he adopted earlier and now he is ousting him.
What's wrong if he wants to give property to his kids.
But yes wrath should have come on sandy, pushpa, nirmala not on kunal. He could have taken property rights... But his love for kunal was genuine.. as he was ready to go to jail for him.. where in karan saari case he was doubting him.
