I think yes abhi will find out the changes...bcoz before going London he clearly told Tanu that 'jo jaisa hai waisa yi rehna chayiye..kuch nahi badalna chayiye ' so he will definitely notices the changes...

Yes Ak natz mein or even tanuja mein bhi change zaror notice kry ga jo shayad isy insecure wali feeling dy means rishi ki tarf zayada jhokao Ak ko zaror irritate kry ga
