Ishita feel did her appa know dr ram. Raman scold ishita without reason but ishita answer him back with politely. Raman get annoyed as everyone praise ishita. Ishita feel sunita like her sister she worried for her. Sunita told about raman & his anger she told her not to feel bad with his word as he is very strict in his work. Sunita meet raman he feel happy to see her back. Raman did not like when sunita also support ishita she told raman the reason ishita did it. Summary

It's a story of Ishra where their families r good friends and they also know each other's family but they never met. Both r doctors and finally both met but only for professional that to be in different circumstances. As u all already guessed it right, Dr Ram is Dr Raman Kumar Bhalla only. Raman changed his identity to find the culprit behind illegal affairs in hospital and the doubt is on Ashok, Suraj, Nidhi, Ishita, Ritika and Nitika as the problems started after their joining the hospitals, firstly in Mumbai then in Delhi branch. Leaving these six and new interns, rest of the old staff before one year know Raman very well but they will help him.

Upcoming:- Ishra emerging some feelings for each other while working together along with their fights, Raman trying to find the culprit, blame on Ishita and then real culprit will got caught and Raman leaving Delhi again to avoid Ishita as he hurt her. Ishra in Mumbai and then Ishita will avoid Raman due to her medical problem. At last Ishra wil sort out their problem and will be happy together with their little family.
